Ars Cracovia Apartments

Pros: The apartment had a great location, everything was close by. The facilities were more than sufficient for a short stay and the price was reasonable.

Cons: The only issue was that there was no hot water on the first day, but after contacting the host, the problem was quickly resolved.

The best place to stay on my first visit to Krakow

Pros: Ooohh the property was fantastic, so close to the old town. The room was beautifully decorated with a mix of browns and black. Tiny and compact, the tall window with top to floor burgundy curtains and large windows gave it a grand feel. The bed was so comfortable and the room had everything that was needed. Communication on getting to the property and the entrance codes, including the video was brilliant, and made finding the apartment really easy. I absolutely loved this apartment and I will definitely stay again.

Cons: Absolutely nothing.

Great location and good value for money!

Pros: Location of the property is amazing. Interior of the apartment is lovely, and was very clean. It has everything you need for a short stay. Access to the apartment was easy after the first time working it out.

Cons: The sofa bed and folding bed were not extremely comfortable to sleep on, so may not recommend for larger parties. We also found the apartment a bit difficult to find in the dark, as the signs to the apartment are not lit up or that obvious (in the day it would be fine!) Also, the email that was sent containing all the instructions was a bit confusing to read, and it got a bit confusing with all the gate codes, as well as which doors were being referred to. I think the apartment number should also be stated much more clearly in the email, as it was just put in with a list of other numbers, and could be easily overlooked.

It was nice

Pros: Very beautiful place with nice location, new store is near and nice restaurants as well, a little noisy but only until 11pm-ish, we traveled with 8 year old and she had her own space upstairs.

Cons: We were notified that building is old and we need to wait for hot water sadly we waited for 30 minutes and there was no warm water. Also coffee was provided but it would be nice to have a some tea as well

Nice apartment, comfortable bed

Pros: Nice apartment in the centre of Krakow a few steps from the Market Square - nice bed and the upper floor can fit a couple more people if need be

Cons: Unfortunately Krakow is now plagued by stag and hen parties (or similar) - we could hear their singing up to 3am in the morning as they were passing by the window … this is not the owner’s fault but in future I’d rather stay a few more steps away from the Market Square but in a more quiet location.

Good location and nice features. Lack of TV programmes.

Pros: The location was very close to the central square next to everything. The apartment was nice and clean. We liked the old building features were kept, but still having the modern facilities.

Cons: The host should have really clarified in the booking information that the television programmes are not included in the TV set. As well the instruction manual. Perhaps double check the coffee machine instructions, especially adjusting the cup holder. The choice of still water would be nice too.
