Good central location for adults
Pros: Very central to tourist central. The restaurant downstairs offers exceptionally good food, service and music. The apartment is well equipped and offers good space.

Great
Pros: Location is just off main square, comffy beds, lovely and warm even in -14 at night, we stayed in apt 431(with balcony) at the back of the building, no noise at all, would book again no problem, great host answered all our questions quickly, the keyless doorlock was great (keys can get lost, an easy code sent to your phone is so easy😁
Cons: Im not techy so the pdf/albert app was a bit of a problem for me, but the host sorted that and made it very easy

Pros: Location was perfect ,midl of the old town.evrything was minutes away. Different Restaurants around.otium has his own restaurant downstairs but we like quick breakfast and coffee so we just cross the street and there was a great coffee shop with sandwiches.
Cons: Well... kitchen was poorly equipped. No bottle opener. Microwave was there but not working. Small details what could make difference!

Perfect location, clean and spacious - no problems
Pros: Big spacious room and bathroom, easy check in and out and perfect location to getting around
Cons: No English speaking channels on the TV, we were not there to watch tv, but when having a morning coffee would be nice to have something as background noise. You Tube can be accessed though to find something.

Pros: The apartment was in the heart of the old town, very close to everywhere. Apartment was very large and comfort. We enjoyed during our stay. We had our breakfast in Domingo Restaurant downstairs. Everything was delicious.
Cons: There could be a trash can in the toilet.

A great place to stay to make the most of a visit to beautiful Krakow
Pros: We had a studio apartment on the first floor with city view. The location was perfect. So close to the main square and lots of restaurants. The city view from the apartment was nice. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The beds were comfortable. We had breakfast included. This was taken in Domingo’s, a restaurant downstairs. It was very nice and the choice and quality of food was good. Breakfast was available from 8am until 1pm which meant we didn’t have to rush down, but on the day we went on an early trip we were in there as it opened and still had excellent service. Krakow is beautiful and the Christmas markets were amazing.
Cons: Just minor points - There was only 1 pillow per person. It was very hot in the apartment and there was no heating control. (We could open the windows but it was noisy outside) There is no security access on the main entrance. This means anyone can access the apartment block right to your apartment door. There were no issues but there is a nightclub inside the entrance below and, as this was a mother/ daughter trip, we were aware of this security risk. However, in general we felt safe in Krakow. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

Very pleased with the booking of the rooms for the visit
Pros: A well appointed central location and was clean, tidy, warm (we stayed in late November and it snowed and sub zero at night)
Cons: The room was at the top of several flights of stairs.

Excellent location, very comfortable apartment.
Pros: Very large apartment with a washing machine and heated towel rack. Made catching up on holiday laundry easy. Very comfortable beds, access to Netflix. Very comfortable. Very good location just a short walk to the market square.
Cons: Reception was often unattended. When checking out, several people were just standing around waiting for someone to be at reception. We were there at 11 AM, so it didn't make sense that no one was at reception right at check-out time. There was also no working light in the main entrance to the building, this made it kind of dark to enter.
