Pros: Wszystko okej. Fajną lokalizację pomiędzy Kazimierzem a rynkiem głównym. Wszędzie blisko. Na dole w budynku duży sklep spożywczy w którym można wszystko dostać. Blisko linii tramwajowej autobusy którymi można wszędzie dojechać. Nie było większego problemu ze znalezieniem miejsca parkingowego.
