Pros: Гарна невеличка квартира з окремою спальнею, все є для побуту. Зручне розташування, поруч трамвай, що їде до центру міста.

Cons: Поруч будуються нові корпуси, але поки ми жили - гучно або незручно не було.

Pros: Гарне помешкання на першому поверху, е садок та меблі. В помешканні е усе необхідне.

Cons: Софа у вітальні дуже не зручна

Pros: Новий ремонт, нові меблі, всі зручності у номері є. Внутрішній дворик, тераса.

Cons: Бронювали цю квартиру виключно, тому що є тераса та дворік. Величезний мінус : фото дворіка с зеленим та ухоженим газоном(фотошоп) зовсім не відповідає реальності!!! Газон був запущений, бур'яни вище пояса, висока трава по пояс!!!Враження зіпсувалося😒 Після жалоб, все ж таки скосили траву на шостий день... але ж газон краще не став. Поруч зовсім нема кафе, ресторанів, магазинів.
