Comfortable, perfectly located apartment

Pros: A super 2-level apartment, 2 small bedrooms and a sofa bed downstairs, comfy lounge, good bathroom and second toilet (always a bonus). Easy walking distance to the old town centre, a couple of restaurants, shops and bakeries within 5 minutes' walk as well. Very close to the main train station (easy to get the train to salt mines / Auschwitz / airport) and big shopping centre. We were there early December, it was comfortably warm in the apartment (this from someone who lives in Dubai).

Cons: If you have walking difficulties, the stairs in the apartment are a little steep, and the bathroom (on the upper level) has an over-bath shower. It's one level up, no lift, so if you have a lot of luggage it's a bummer on arrival / departure. Not complaints, but something to be aware of if you have mobility issues.
