Clean, Safe and Accessible

Pros: Its just a stone throw away from the Krakow Train/Bus station and the main shopping centre. Plus, a bus/tram stop at the doorstep! Shops and a few restaurants nearby. Stare Miasto just just a few minutes walk from the property. Will definitely stay here if ever I will visit Krakow again! And the host is very responsive.

Cons: Nothing.

Pros: We had a wonderful stay! The room was beautiful, warm and clean. The location was convenient and you could easily walk to the attractions( if you are not the walking type there is public transport nearby)

Pros: Location, ease of self check in and good instructions, staff responded relatively quickly

Cons: Apartment missing some basic amenities like dish soap to wash the dishes (makes you wonder how the previous guests washed the dishes that you just ate in), hand towels and dish towels in kitchen, wine bottle opener...We had to knock on the neighbors door to open our wine bottle.

Excellent value, brilliant location, ideal for couples.

Pros: The location was excellent, right by the train and bus stations with tram stops and E-Scooters right outside. Besides those connections, it was a 15 minute walk from the Old Town main square with plenty of good restaurants, cafes, food shops & bakeries on the way. It was easy to access and felt safe and secure, we had no issues the entire time, and no noise issues at night (besides usual city noise). The place was clean and the facilities worked fine. Most of all, it was very very affordable for us and this is by far the best feature! Strongly recommend for couples travelling together.

Cons: These are minor comments, however the following were slightly disappointing: 1. The fridge light was broken. 2. There was a washing machine in the flat but no washing tablets or liquid for it we bought our own and ended up leaving most of it because we couldn't take it back to the UK with us. 3. Whilst there was 2 toilet rolls when we arrived we had to supply our own additional toilet rolls. 4. Although there was a frying pan there was spatula, which is a pretty useful item we missed 5. Alongside this, there was no cooking oil/butter or salt & pepper provided. We bought our own and ended up leaving it there. Like I said, these are very small things that don't distract from the very good experience we had! But small amounts of the salt, pepper, oil, washing tablets, toilet rolls and a spatula would have made it perfect.

Pros: There is everything that we needed in the rooms kitchenette and bathroom. The room was very clean. On a clear night you watch the sky while in bed through the roof windows.

Cons: The ceiling in some parts of the room is very low so it is very easy to accidentally bump you head.
