Paderewskiego Old Town Apartaments

Pros: Great location. Spacious, comfortable and clean accommodation. We were visting February and the apartment was nice and warm. Good communication from owner.

Pros: Excellent location, just around the corner is Barbacan with access to the center Pleasant, clean interior with 2 bathrooms (one is directly part of the bedroom). Nespresso coffee maker with capsules and tea. Self-service accommodation is available from 3 pm, the code sent to the keybox does not work anymore.

Cons: Unheated, cold apartment, they save at the expense of the comfort of the tenants. We stayed for 2 nights, when we arrived at 3pm it was only 17 degrees in the apartment, the temperature reached 22 degrees in the evening. The evening before leaving home we returned at 10pm and the apartment was cold again, we couldn't heat it, the radiators were cold all night and in the morning too. We wanted to at least take a shower, but since the evening there was only cold water. It continued in the morning. We left frozen, at 11am it was only 20 degrees in the apartmen (photo), and we had to wash in cold water, it was very unpleasant.

Comfortable, Modern, Clean, Spacious Apartment. Top Location.

Pros: The host did not send me the details of the key box until I rang them when outside the apartment. An oven glove was not provided for removing hot dishes from the oven. There were no instructions as to where to dispose of rubbish. The apartment was very clean, plenty hot water, quiet location, walking distance to old town and shopping centre. Beds were comfortable. It was spacious for 4 of us.

Cons: Provide oven gloves, instructions for refuse disposal. Provide code for key box before I was standing outside the door and having to make phone calls.

Pros: Stayed for 4 night, family of 5 people. Very clean and spacious apartment just next to the old city. Comfortable beds. Excellent value for money. Definitely stay again at our next visit

Pros: Location was amazing. Great size generous rooms. Modern bathroom.

Cons: Key to get in was tricky. Stairs were a bit of a nuisance with heavy bags. Only 1 of the 2 beds were made up. No pillows or bedding on the 2nd bed which was annoying considering I was travelling with my brother and that was the reason why I choose 2 bedrooms.

Great apartment in the city center

Pros: Clean, modern, silent, good amount of space and pretty good value. The location is super central so perfect for visiting the city.

Cons: My parents complained that the pillows were too tall and didn't sleep as well as I did.

Recommended if you need an apartment in the city centre.

Pros: The location is simply fantastic – the entire old town is just nearby, and the apartment has everything you need.

Cons: There are a few things that we didn’t like, especially when staying with children. The wooden floors throughout the apartment creak quite loudly. Also, the hallway light is motion-activated, which can be a bit annoying if you’re staying with more people and someone is sleeping on the sofa in the living room. The pillows are very high, so if you’re used to lower ones, they might feel uncomfortable. Parking is only available in public spaces and is not cheap, as the apartment is located in the old town. That said, these minor drawbacks do not change the fact that the apartment is in a convenient location, and is cosy and spacious.

Pros: Modern and had everything you needed. Even an added en-suite.

Pros: The close proximity to the market across the street and the 5 min walk to town center, excellent location.

Pros: The two complete bathroom facilities (including shower and toilet) mean that the four of us don't need to take turns taking a shower. The shower facilities are fully functional, with large water volume and warm water.
