Fragola Apartments Kleparz modern family apartments

Pros: Great location, quiet except for street noise as expected with staying in town. Really clean with towels and nice touch to include shower gel, shampoo, tea and coffee.

Great for a City Break

Pros: Ideal location for heading to Krakow old town. Staff were super friendly over WhatsApp and made our trip even more enjoyable! Perfect apartment for 3 people staying - heating was also great coming in from the January weather :)

Cons: There was a noticeable odor from the drainage system in the shower area / bathroom once you entered the apartment. Other than this though the stay was perfect.

Pros: Central location, very spacious and comfortable beds.

Cons: Silverfish in the bathroom

Our 3 night stay was brilliant. The apartment is a short walk into the old town and is super clean and tidy.

Pros: The apartment was so clean and tidy and had everything you’re after when enjoying a city break. A big one for me was how nice the bathroom was! The shower was brilliant and the location was also amazing.

Cons: My only slight complaint was the heating system was quite difficult to work out. We couldn’t get it to cool down in the apartment as it got quite warm.

Pros: Location is very good with walking distance to main square. Very easy excess instruction how to open the property. extremely clean. We had extras, like tea and coffee, soap, shower gel, etc.

Cons: The only negative comment, that internet was keep dropping making difficult to watch TV. Otherwise everything else was very good.

when arriving everything was set up ready for us when messaging they were quick to reply and let us know how to get into

A very nice apartment

Pros: After our stay was canceled we had to book something last minute.. so there was not much choice left online. Honestly it was a very good choice we made by booking this apartment. Very central, clean and very comfortable. Staff was helpful and responsive to our needs. Plenty of places nearby for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The local market on Sunday was a great experience, only one minute walk from the apartment. Overall a great place, highly recommended.

Cons: Maybe the internet speed can be improved, probably a new modem is needed since the current one is not covering the whole apartment.

Wow just wow what an amazing apartment, excellent location and fantastic first visit to Krakow.

Pros: Everything! What can I say but wow, this apartment was modern, cozy, had everything provided, excellent location, and of an exceptional high standard.

Cons: Nothing to dislike.

Pros: The flat is in a great location, easy to walk into town and to the railway. Really clean. Beds comfortable. Supremely well equipped. Staff swiftly responding to us when we needed them.

Cons: We could find no plug socket in the lounge area, do could not use the standing lamp which would have been nice to add some more light to what is a window-less lounge.

Pros: Beautiful apartment, everything was spotless, bed & pillows were comfortable and the bathroom was great. Location is excellent, it's close to everything but also very quiet at night time.

Cons: It's on the pricier side for an apartment in Krakow
