Pros: The apartment was very spacious, clean, warm, and well equipped. We felt comfortable throughout our stay and overall the space itself was great.

Cons: Communication with the host was extremely poor. Responses sometimes came after one day, which was frustrating, especially when we needed timely information. The check-in instructions were unclear, and finding the correct building was unnecessarily complicated — it felt like we had to figure everything out on our own. This aspect was disappointing and needs serious improvement.

Pros: We liked everything. The location was perfect because it was near the Old Town and Jewish Quarter. The train station was 10 mins walk and Tram station was 2 mins away. There were many restaurants, shops and cafes around. The apartment itself was very good. The apartment was spacious, clean and with everything you need. The beds and sofa in the living room both very comfortable. The host was very helpful and we were able to leave our luggage until the afternoon for our flight. I would stay again if I am in Krakow next time.

A beautiful, unforgettable and comfortable stay

Pros: Beautifully done Apartment and spotlessly clean. We had an amazing stay here and would highly recommend to all. Very safe and well equipped. Only a 10-15 minute walk away from the old town square and a short walk away from a shop which was very convenient. We enjoyed staying in this spacious apartment and it added to our love of the holiday greatly.would be a lovely stay in the summer months with the great balcony and view onto the courtyard. Building is very safe and easy process for getting in on arrival with key box and clear instructions. We had great communication from the hosts and had no issues throughout our stay. We thoroughly recommend booking here for your stay in krakow!

Best apartment in krakow

Pros: The apartment was warm and cozy! Not just a great location but amazing! So close to everything amenities,the city everything! Kitchen had everything you would need plus coffee and tea selection. Bathroom super clean and bright! Great setup overall! Been traveling for years probably the best apartment I booked so far!

Pros: Lovely modern apartment situated in a good location....in the middle of old town and Jewish quarter, easy walk to station. Excellent communication from the owner from start to.finish....would definitely stay here again.

Cons: Nothing really. It was large and modern. If anything, and to be really picky, a dish towel would’ve been handy and maybe some bottled water in the fridge.
