Pros: The apartment was really nice and clean, the area is the best. The place is very comfortable, well equipped and it was easy to find the keys.

Cons: There could be a free parking area and we didnt see anybody who would give toilet papers etc.. but in overall it was not an issue.

Extremely good value, excellent stay!!

Pros: The apartment itself was very clean and very beautiful. The bed was comfy, and all the facilities worked well! Checkin instructions were clear and easy to follow and the location is about a 20 min walk from Krakow center. I would highly recommend

Cons: The only issue I had (apartment 5) the large shower head was a little faulty, only spraying water through half the valves, but still usable

We loved our stay, but the host could at least respond to let us be less stressed before arrival.

Pros: It's a very convenient place. The kitchen was well prepared and had everything needed. The location was very nice and it also had a small garden, which was a pleasure to use in the evenings. Special thanks to neighbours cat, who's super friendly and always visits to hang out with the guests.

Cons: The communication with the host prior to our arrival was very difficult. All my questions remained not answered. I had to call basically at the checkin time to get any response. Also the property was advertised with free airport pick-up, well we never got our answer about it.

Everything was spectacular despite the stress about the keys at the beginning

Pros: The location was great, the room was super, the water was perfect, the facilities were very good and the mattress was good. The area was very nice, I would definitely stay here again.

Cons: The keys were what caused me stress for a few minutes, it was a short time but it was not easy to access them and it was difficult for me to contact the person in charge. In 20 or 30 minutes it was resolved but at times I thought the worst.
