Pros: The apartment was very spacious. The location was great.

Cons: The bed was a little bit small for two people but we are both very tall so maybe that was the problem. And they probably mentioned the measurements of the bed but I didn't check them.

Pros: Small apartment with lots of character. Modern kitchen, comfortable bathroom.

Cons: Was very cold outside and took ages to warm the flat up. It would have been nice if it was in a more comfortable temperature prior our arrival.

This apartment exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended.

Pros: The place was spotlessly clean, modern, and very comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing break. The kitchen was well equipped, the bed was comfortable, and the apartment was quiet, which made it easy to rest. The location was excellent—close to shops, restaurants, and public transport, and within easy reach of local attractions. The host was friendly, responsive, and provided clear instructions, making check-in and check-out very easy.

Clean and warm

Pros: Very good location, close to clubs, restaurants, bars, and public transport. Very clean and warm. Very nice bathroom, and good water pressure under the shower.

Cons: Very clinical and little character. Only one pillow each and we had to use sofa cushions. It's a shame that a double duvet is not an option, only two single. There were coffee making facilities but no coffee or tea. Shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom, but no shower gel.

Pros: Great location, cleanliness, and facilities in bathroom & kitchen. Bed was clean and comfy, and the heating was perfect for our cold trip.

Cons: The WiFi could have been more effective as we struggled to get connection, and the tv had no channels and would not connect to the WiFi to be able to use Netflix etc.

Pros: We stayed in an apartment at 18 Trynitarska Street. The apartment is even nicer and more cozy than in the photos. Everything we needed was there, and the bed was very comfortable. The location is great, the cafe for wonderful breakfasts is literally next door. I really liked the service, the managers were in touch with us with any questions, even after we'd already checked out and forgotten our watch in the apartment. I'm grateful for your support. We had some trouble finding the key because the instructions indicated the box was located near the apartment door, but it was actually outside. It was our mistake. Luckily, the manager responded to us on Viber, even though it was late evening, and we quickly resolved the issue. Thank you!

Cons: Hair dryer! If you could replace the hair dryer, that would be wonderful. This one doesn't dry anything and it's impossible to style any hair. I spent the whole week like a wet bunny without a hairdo. This isn't a complaint, since we didn't raise the issue with the manager. They might have helped us, but we had a very busy schedule and didn't have time to deal with it. If you have no hair, this apartment is 100/100 perfect for you.

Pros: Great well equipped apartment. Great location, very close to many lovely bars and restaurants. 30 min walk from main trainstation. Would stay there again.

Cracking Krakow stay

Pros: Great apartment well equipped, located in an area with plenty of bars and restaurants. Walking distance to old town and castle

Cons: Note this is not the property fault.. when we arrived some other people had come in at same time so we just followed them to find the apartment then the following day one of the neighbours whose apartment we were walking past came out to shout at us indicating the correct door (which the instructions had indicated.)

Pros: The sofa bed mattress and the lock on the toilet need to be replaced.

Cons: Household appliances are super cheap. Hair dryer is generally dangerous to use. The cutlery is very bad. Good quality forks and knives in Ikea are not worth all the money in the world. parking near the house is not possible for use by guests of the apartments. we paid a fine, simply because we are not residents. and it is good that we reacted quickly and called the police
