Pros: The hosts were very accommodating and prepared our apartment before the planned check in time, even though we contacted them about it kind of at the last minute.

Pros: A nice and clean place to stay with helpful staff. Location is great, walking distance to Krakow centre. Would stay again.

Cons: My only negative comment, if you can call it negative, was that the apartment was a bit too warm.

Great location, very clean and comfortable

Pros: Clean and comfortable, very easy to get to. 20 mins walk across one bridge to the old town, or 20 mins walk the other bridge to get to Kazimierz. Never saw anyone from the property but received sufficient instructions to be able to check in and pick up the keys myself. Good size for me, had what I needed for my stay.

Pros: Incredible property, lovely location, hosts were very accommodating

Cons: One window missing a blind, but nice to be woken by sunlight so not too much of an issue

Across the river and very quiet

Pros: The location was very good for me. The apartment is smaller than I thought from seeing the photos (especially the narrow kitchen), but it's good, clean and modern. It was totally quiet most of the time. Communication was good and it was convenient to be able to leave luggage in the basement before/after the stay. Very nice hosts were present for a few hours in the mornings.

Cons: The stairs going up to the mezzanine (where the bed is) are tricky; you have to mind your steps. The light switch up there is at a location that requires you to climb on top of the bed to reach it. The bed wasn't very comfortable for me. Downstairs the high windows have blackout roll-ups that easily get out of their tracks and get stuck, and then you have to climb on a small ladder to free them. Also climb on the ladder if you want to open the windows. The washing machine is a shared one in the basement.
