Nice stay, close to the city centre

Pros: Very nice apartment, only a short walk from the city centre. A nice supermarket outside and lot of places to eat around. We got detailed instructions for check in and the apartment was super clean. Nice and spacious apartment with enough room for a couple.

Cons: The bed in the bedroom was not comfortable at all. The mattress needs to be changed. The sofa cum bed was much more comfortable

Lovely apartment in a good location

Pros: A very well equipped apartment a short walk from old town. Comfortable with everything you need. Clean and functional. Given we have been travelling for some time it was great to have a washing machine and drying rack. Very helpful owner and easy check-in and check out. Loved our stay here.

Cons: Minor issue with the A/C as it made a knocking sound at various times during our stay and on one day leaked water through the vents. We reported this to the owner and the water issue was rectified the same day but the noise issue needed parts so continued. It was as I said minor and the A/C worked throughout our stay. Owner was very responsive.

Property and location really hit the mark - loved Krakow = easy to recommend, stay here you won’t be disappointed!

Pros: Great location, room was spacious as per pics, quiet, clean and close to the old town. Instructions provided for access were clear and also booklet in the room with key contacts, plus recommendations for restaurants, bars and places to visit (we stayed 3 nights and could have stayed longer). Pod coffee machine with pods, tea bags plus facilities to prepare food - not that we used them as there were so many options in Krakow (cafes, restaurants and bars) all within an easy walk.

Cons: Nothing we did not like.

Great stay in a fully equipped and illuminated modern flat

Pros: Great location close to both Kazimierz and the old town, lots of light, very clean, fully equipped, elevator. Easy communication. We were able to check in a couple of ours early, and checkout a couple of hours later. I would definitely book again.

Cons: Everything was great. It was not possible to leave the luggage there after checkout but we got the recommendation of a couple of places 5min walking distance from the flat to leave the luggage there while we explored the city.

Pros: Everything was arranged with customer experience in mind. It is a small apartment in the centre of the old city. The location is perfect for visiting. Everything inside is well thought, beds are comfortable. A great experience!
