Central location, helpful host, noisy area, old building.

Pros: Perfect hotel location! It’s within walking distance to the train station and right in the heart of the city. Communication with the hosts was very easy and they were very helpful. The check-in process was clear and simple.

Cons: Because the location is very central, it gets quite noisy at night. Since there is no air conditioning, you have to sleep with the windows open, which results in significant noise exposure. I think the property could solve this issue by installing air conditioning units in the rooms, as the sound insulation is actually quite good when the windows are closed. Also, since it is an old building, there is no elevator. Future guests should be aware of this before booking. When we first entered the apartment, it felt a bit stuffy and there was a noticeable smell of dampness.

Pros: The apartment perfectly fitted our needs with two generously sized bedrooms and good bathroom. Situated a stones throw from the main square. The staff provided easy to follow instructions and are quick to respond with answers to any questions you may have.

Excellent budget accomodation in the heart of Krakow.

Pros: The location of this flat is excellent just off the main square. The flat is on the third floor and the stairs are formidable so not recommended for anyone with mobility issues. As a 70 year old I managed them but needed to take them slowly! The accommodation is pretty simple ,basic but comfortable…do not expect luxury. Practical and utilitarian. We did have some issues with jiggling the gate keys in their locks which caused us some stress but eventually we always got in!! The WiFi was excellent . All in all a great find!! Good value for what you get.

Cons: A microwave in the kitchen would have been really appreciated and maybe some sink plugs or strainers…too easy to loose something down the plug hole!!!! Lol

Pros: Very easy to find home and take the keys. Perfect location to explore city. Keep in mind its in center so if your looking for more quiet place look for something out of center because its quit loud. For us it was perfect what we needed

Great stay in Krakow!

Pros: The location was great, as it the apartment is situated just outside of old town. Bedding and towels were clean, the fridge worked well - very spacious apartment!

Cons: The floor seemed a little dirty/dusty and the shower head wasn't attached to the wall even though there was evidence that there once was fixings on the wall for it to be on. Only other thing to mention is the curtains as the one bedroom only had one curtain and it didn't cover the window. It was mentioned there was a TV and remote - unfortunately the remote had no batteries.

Appartement très bien situé et parfait pour dormir

Pros: Il est vraiment très bien situé Et pour un séjour ou l’on visite toute la journée il est parfait

Cons: Pour un petit plus un micro-ondes et une cafetière serait parfait

Pros: Отличное местоположение, все близко и доступно. Был тяжелый подъем до квартиры, но мы это знали и нас это не остановило. Самый центр, везде можно гулять пешком

Pros: Pobyt był bardzo udany, mieszkanie spełniło nasze oczekiwania. Lokalizacja znakomita, a obsluga szybko reagowała na wiadomości.

Pros: Excellent location! Directly in the old town. Extremely comfortable for at least 4 people. Strong Wi-Fi and hot water Kitchen was well equipped with soap and sponge.

Cons: There are 3 flights of steps to get up to the apartment, so could be challenging for someone with mobility issues or heavy luggage.
