Pros: Exceptional hospitality in a beautiful Krakow setting! ​We had a fantastic stay. Not only was the property beautiful and brilliantly located, but the staff who managed the apartment were truly exceptional. ​From the moment we booked and after we arrived, they were incredibly helpful and attentive to all our needs. Communication was seamless from start to finish, they were always quick to respond and made our check-in/check-out process completely stress-free. Whether it was providing local recommendations or ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, they went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. It’s rare to find such personalised and genuine hospitality. ​The apartment itself was very clean, well maintained, spacious and quiet. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. We would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting this beautiful city! Thank you!

Excellently positioned apartment within easy walking distance of main square.

Pros: Its location is absolutely perfect, so close to the town centre and attractions. There is a small shared kitchen to use within the apartment with a double hob and microwave plus plates and utensils which is great. The apartment room was lovely and warm for a winter stay and we weren’t cold at all. Overall it is great value for money for location and amount of time spent in there.

Cons: It was a very small room for two people and could do with a little tlc. The throw on the bed had two blood stains on it from previous occupants and the towels had hair on them although they seemed otherwise clean. The hair dryer was broken but this was quickly rectified by the staff and I cannot fault them on that.

Excellent stay

Pros: The rooms are clean, the fridge in your room is very welcome. It's really good aircon the view the location 5 mins to the main square You have to remember it's not a hotel If you need more teabags or sugar, you can go to the small kitchen which you can cook at as well, however I'm on holiday so would not cook. yes, the tram goes by however Newyork hotels are louder with honking and sirens For the money you pay, you really can't complain. Convenient shop a few doors down. The owner keeps incontact throughout your stay Instructions on the door are very helpful It's a good base

Cons: The entry once through the door is a bit dark and tired. However, once you enter the door to the entryway to the apartments or rooms, whatever you want to call them its bright and clean its a shared building, so I feel its not in their control

Central location appartment

Pros: Great location, right outside a tram stop. Room small but comfortable for two for a short trip. Loved the shower and handy having a hairdryer and access to a washing machine and tumble dryer was a bonus as we were travelling light. The apartment got very hot so the air con was a great help and kept the room very cool. Addition of a selection of toiletries was a help too. Would stay again if in the city. Very firm bed in apartment but that is my preference.

Cons: Little bit of noise from the trams outside wasn't ideal but it stopped by midnight and wasn't disruptive.

Nice place visiting Krakov

Pros: All was perfect...I really suggest it to stay here when you visit Krakov.

Good affordable accommodation next to the city center.

Pros: The room location is very convenient, in the vicinity of the Main Square, but not very close to it. Because of that, the noise made by the partying tourists in the city center was not disturbing. A few convenience stores are available right next to the property. The room was small, but this was already stated in the room presentation. Sufficient room to hang clothes and to deposit other luggage. Comfortable bed, good lighting, but also thick curtains for the times when you don't want the sun to wake you up too early. The balcony was a very nice touch. The AC was verry useful in the heat of the summer. Excellent communication with the property owner. Even if we never met, they kept asking if everything is OK and if something is necessary. The overall cost was very good.

Cons: The room is at the first floor, and there is no elevator in the building. It was not a problem for me, but people with small children or mobility issues might want to keep that in mind.

Couldnt have been better located!

Pros: We were arriving early (11am) and knew check in wasnt until 2/3pm so i messaged the property to ask if there was anywhere we could leave our luggage until check in time and they responded very quickly about 8am that morning saying we could check in early which was great! i think we ended up checking in about 12:30 which really helped us. The person we spoke to was really nice and helpful, and responded so quickly. The room was really nice, aircon was great, we used the balcony a few times which was a nice plus. Location literally couldn't have been better. Right opposite a gorgeous coffee/cake shop, 5 min walk to the centre. Easy to get in as its all codes on the door, then you get a key for your apartment door. I would definitely stay here again, and would definitely recommend to others!

Great value for money!

Pros: Great location, room is spacious, bathroom looks nice and there is a fridge in the room, which is very convenient. People from the property were very nice and responded quickly. Check-in process is very easy.

Cons: The mattress was a bit inclined towards the middle part of the bed. It didn’t bother us too much and we still managed to sleep well!
