Excellent central location in old town

Pros: Excellent location, in a street off the main square. Central location, easy walk to main square, train station, galleria, castle etc Used Bolt taxis, very cheap and easy to book. You get dropped off/picked up just around corner as no traffic on this street. Great communication from hosts, collected keys from lock box as we didn’t arrive until after 20.00 and reception was closed. Apartment was comfortable and well equipped.

Cons: - Apartment is on 3rd floor (no lift) - we are all mid-late 60’s and struggled with our luggage. Daily climbing up/down stairs was ok, but may be difficult for the less mobile or young families with buggies etc - Lights on stairs need adjusted - didn’t come on in sync and we’d be climbing in darkness at some points. Should be east to resolve? - Sewage smell in 2nd bathroom- note on wall to run water in bidet and this did eliminate the smell, but this had to be done daily - may be better to remove bidet?

Amazing stay at an amazing location!

Pros: Such kind staff with amazing communication. You step out of the door and you’re in the perfect location! We LOVED this apartment.

Pros: We rented 4 apartments for a family and friends trip. Ola and Kasia were very helpful. Communication was good. Airport transfers were great, with friendly, English speaking drivers. The trips to Auschwitz Birkenau and the Salt Mine they arranged were fantastic. The location of the apartments in the heart of the old town is ideal, they were well equipped, immaculatly clean and comfortable, the perfect place to explore Krakow.. We all had a great weekend. Thank you.

Great apartment perfect for sightseeing

Pros: Great location right in the centre of the old town

Cons: One of the bathrooms had a constant smell of sewage. There was a sign on the wall saying it was the bidet and to run the water but this didn’t help

Okay for short stay

Pros: Very close to market Sq and other location if you want quiet not for you delivering at early morning will wake you even with window closed

Cons: Can be very noisy at all times of day

Pros: Clean and well appointed apartment with a balcony which was a great bonus. Easy to manage check in and in a great location right next to the Old Town

Pros: perfect for the price, nice location, clean and comfortable

Overall value for money, hosts that bothered to make sure the stay was good and excellent locale.

Pros: Room ready a few hours early with keys at the reception desk.

Cons: There are steps down into apartment 1 with a door matt after the bottom step - this was very slippy on the tiled floor, We moved this to prevent falls. Shower conversely had no mat and was consequently very slippy when used - it really needs one to be available. The apartment is within a building accessed via a large alley way which is passcode protected, unfortunately others must have the code as at least two groups accessed the alley late one weekend night/early morning being very rowdy, otherwise all was ok and felt quite safe. On the up side there was a small balcony to sit outside in the shade. The is also a washing machine, an airer for drying and an iron. Air con was great when temperatures were very high.

Pros: Spacious, bright and clean. In a brilliant location. The staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Cons: Lots of stairs so not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. The balcony did not have a view.
