Great location and good flat!

Pros: The staff was very supportive and friendly. Location is excellent, right at the corner with a main square in the Old Town. We stayed in a flat with everything we needed for self-catering. Even there are around plenty of places to eat! Also there are plenty of shops, if you want to buy any food. Street food is very tasty and cheap! The place is about 1 km from the central rail station, which we used for travelling from and to the airport. There are plenty of historical buildings and museum in a walking distance.

Cons: We feel happy staying in this flat. Cannot complane much. But if you would prefer to have more luxiry place, then this flat would be too cheap for you. Also the flat is on the 3 floor without a lift. If you have a heavy luggage, you may ask the staff to give you another appartment, as there is a choice.

I would recommend, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

Pros: The apartment was very clean, warm and spacious. The staff were so helpful and friendly, we felt very safe in their hands. It was great value for money. I would defiantly recommend this company.

Cons: The pillows were not very comfortable. It would of been better if we had a choice of another pillow.

Pros: I like the response of the staff,when I told them about the boiler they sent an engineer straight away,then when they couldn't fix it the staff arranged another apartment quickly,and was even better than my original,so I was happy

best accomodation to visit krakow

Pros: we were staying in floranska 29, very close to the city centre, one of the main road of the historical centre. the apartment was at the third floor, no elevator, however not such a great issue.

Cons: there was no showergel

Pros: Excellent location just steps from the main square, lots of space for our family of 5 and very clean. Very quiet at night and lovely and warm inside during our January stay. Apartment had everything we needed and more for example a proper clothes dryer to hang our washing out to dry on. Staff were really quick to reply to messages too. Would definitely stay there again.

Great stay in Karakow

Pros: Nice specious apartment in the very close location to the main square.

Cons: It would have been easier if the keys were available for collection at the apartment rather than Florianska office, especially as it’s quite difficult for taxis to get close enough.

Pros: Location the service and their replies on WhatsApp were very good and helpful

Cons: there is to much noise from the street at early morning and the heating system shutdown on night and at the morning the apartment is cold
