Pros: The artsy layout and decor. Very nice ambiance and spacious rooms. Beds were super comfy. Restaurant had a really tasty fish meal option for dinner.

Excellent!

Pros: Excellent clean spa, delicious and varied breakfast, spacious rooms, free parking. A great place for transit or visiting Krakow. We gave 10 points for all conditions.

Cons: It's a bit cold in the room at night. At the spa, a local guy bothering us with talks. Usually you come to spa to relax, but some people talk loudly and disturb you.

Good place, recommend!

Pros: Everything was fine at the hotel, and the advantage was that it was very close to the Velichka mines. It was a little strange that the hotel was so quiet that we thought we were the only guests (during breakfast, we saw that we weren't the only ones). The breakfast selection wasn't very large, but the food was very tasty. We had a really tasty dinner at the hotel restaurant, and the kids found something they liked to eat too.

Cons: We booked a family suite, which meant that the separate rooms were connected by an internal door. Although the hotel knew this in advance, they did not ensure that the door was unlocked, so we had to go and ask them to unlock it ourselves.

Cons: The restauran staff could be nicer and the food was medium good. They served me warm beer, which is a big red flag everytime.

Pros: I liked everything. Excellent location, clean, comfortabe, modern. Very good breakfast. Wieliczka Salt Mine just 5 minutes to drive.

Cons: SPA is swimsuit free. A bit confusing. Could not use this option.

Perfect location , friendly attitude , tasty food

Pros: Location , easy to reach from the highway. Modern design, comfortable rooms, bed, delicious and varied breakfast . Pet friendly with no extra charge for a 4kg dog , private parking lot, a supermarket in front and a petrol station. Ideal hotel for 1-2 nights on the way . Highly recommend!

Pros: Excellent place. From start to finish. Staff from reception to restaurant / very helpful. Food awesome, you can’t say anything bad about the place. Perfect location if you plan to visit Salt mine. 10-15 min walk.
