Pros: That's a good location traveling by car: many places to visit are quite close: Kraków, Bochnia, Wieliczka. Wide choice of breakfast options, free parking, spacious room. Though the reviews were complaints about noise caused by events it was calm during my stay

Cons: Though the hotel has a SPA (sauna is included in the accommodation price) it is quite complicated to use it because of working hours. It's open from 3 to 10 pm and closed on Sunday and public holidays. So during your stay on the weekend you need to plan your time accordingly

Pros: THE HOTEL IS VERY NICE AND CLEAN. HAS A LOVELY FREE SAUNA FOR THE GUESTS OF THE HOTEL. DINNER WAS ALSO VERY GOOD.

Really fantastic breakfast

Pros: A pleasant hotel, well-equipped from wellness rooms, through a children's playground, to a bicycle storage room. Very nice service. We left really satisfied. Truly fantastic breakfasts, unlimited with scrambled eggs, sausages and sliced meats and cheeses. Lots of different pastes, salads, rolls, etc.

Great town, very homey feel, nice people everywhere throughout our stay

Pros: We requested a baby cot to be placed in our room even though it was listed on booking.com as a service that is not available and our request was granted - very nice of them! The staff at breakfast were extra nice and helpful! Overall, the standard was higher than what we had expected.

Cons: In the hallway leading to our room, the lights turned on automatically in the very last moment as you walked underneath which felt a bit creepy, like walking into a dark void. Felt like taken straight out of \

Comfortable and convenient.

Pros: The room was spacious and clean and the en suite and shower good. The bed was of good size and very comfortable. The location close to the town centre was good. Very good value for money.

Cons: The reception staff were excellent, but the woman in the bar and the man supervising breakfast could do with smiling !!! On some days the breakfast selection was limited, and food never seemed to be replenished in last hour.

Hotel jest okay tak jak i cena

Pros: Fajnie ze w hotelu jest mała SPA ze sauna. Lokalizacja jest spokojna i blisko trasy. Cena jest przystępna.

Cons: Wszystko trochę takie nie konca... Łazienka była nie do końca czysta, w pokoju w rogach ściany kurz, karta do pokoju zadziałała za trzecim razem... W restauracji wszystko troszkę na jedno kopyto...nie najgorzej ale jakos tak nie spełniło naszych oczekiwań. Takie trochę uczucie ze obiekt był parę dobrych lat temu postawiony, ale od tego czasu nikt nie do inwestował aby było bardziej nowocześniej.

Pros: Śniadanie ok, można powiedzieć, że standardowe, niczym się nie wyróżniające na tle innych hoteli tej klasy. Bardzo smaczne dania, które można zamówić i spożyć w hotelowym lobby.

Cons: Możliwość skorzystania z oferty restauracyjnej dopiero od godziny 16-stej i to też w lobby a nie hotelowej restauracji.
