Polin House

Pros: Hostel was super clean, and super silence. I feel like at home. You get a towel. There is no locker to your belongings, but you get dozens of phone chargers. Thru Windows you can see square with Christmas lights. There is some point, you enter your room and you can put your jacket to hanger. Seperate from room and did not disturb.

Cons: I am happy, didnt dissapoint

I recommend this hostel to everyone. I will come back for sure in the future

Pros: The owners where extremely helpfuly is very tidy, great location. the kitchen is very well equipped, the elevator is a great option. Very friendly staff.

Pros: I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was clean, cozy, and very comfortable — everything was well thought out. I’d like to give special thanks to the lady at the reception — she was extremely kind, professional, and always ready to help. Thanks to her, the check-in and my whole stay were perfect. I’ll definitely come back again and recommend this place to my friends!

Pros: Perfect location. Wide rooms with wide toilets. Friendly staff.

Cons: There should be an extra card in rooms to keep the power running as when you go out keeping something connected to the charger it's not possible

Fantastic stay, would definitely stay again

Pros: Great location on the main town square, very clean premises and good facilities. Staff were lovely. The shared room I was in was spacious, with windows overlooking the square and AC which helped on the hot evenings.

Cons: Nothing wrong with the property - someone did steal some of my food from the fridge but the hostel is not responsible for other guests actions.

Clean, cozy accommodation right on the main square

Pros: The accommodation was quiet and clean, the arrival and check-in instructions were easy to understand. The facilities were adequate.

Cons: Out of habit, I missed the window in room, but the building's air conditioning is amazing, I didn't feel any lack of air.

A perfect spot for a short stay

Pros: It served its function very well. I was there for work to cover the 80'th liberation of Auschwitz ceremony and the hotel is withing a 50 min walking distance from the museum. It was clean, had hot water for shower, internet, the staff was quick to respond when I had questions - perfect for a short work stay.

Cons: Nothing at all. It was perfect for these needs.
