Pros: Friendly but professional staff approach. Easiness of checking in. Facilities for every family member; from 9 to 49.

Pros: Very clean and very close to the theme park! Very helpful staff also. It was fun staying inside a bubble, especially when it started raining.

Cons: For a family of 5 maybe the choise of the bubble accommodation was a bit narrow.

Pros: Good location. Very friendly and helpful staff, really takes care of every guest. There was a storm during our stay- personel called to ask, whether all is fine. We were allowed also to check in earlier and there was air conditioning already switched on at our glampimg.

Cons: Nothing, even cannot find any tiny thing for what to claim. Ouh- suggestion - there is option to buy water and soft drings, please add possibility to buy cup of coffee. In glemping there was options to make a tea, but for coffee lovers if you do not have your own with you, there is no choice and no options. That would be great if you would have a coffee machine there.

Would definitely recommend the place

Pros: The convenience from the Train Station and Energylandia. The kids had stuff like Trampoline, pool to play and they had fun .

Cons: We never had Wi-Fi we did ask the staff and unfortunately it still didn’t work the entire time we were there .

Excellent location, clean property and friendly staff! Perfect break.

Pros: The property is located conveniently close to Energylandia, and Zator Park Station. The accommodation was incredibly clean and modern. The staff were very friendly and informative.

Cons: The hot water has low capacity, so make sure that you’re in and out or it will go cold. This is not a bad thing, it is just worth noting.
