Great value for money

Pros: Easy access. Good location easy to find. Underfloor heating was a great feature. Clean, modern and comfy bed

Cons: A little bit of old food in the cupboard obviously left by previous occupants

Pros: Really nice, modern, clean apartment. Half an hour walk from Energylandia.

Cons: If there would have been a washing machine and french press for coffee, would have been 10, absolutely perfect.

Clean and cozy

Pros: Nice, cozy and actually clean, not far away from Energylandia ~20 min on foot. Nice terrace. Note far away from some shops and restaurants. Note - have some cash for tourists fee.

Cons: Thin walls - you can hear a lot of conversations (and everything else) from the next apartment. We connected on a TV with our Netflix acc and somehow all the neighbors from other apartments in the building was using it.. noticed when they started to change our names in the application.

Perfect stay

Pros: Secret House is an ideal place to stay. Brilliant location to have as a base. Facilities are brilliant, very clean and has absolutely everything you need: tea,coffee, cutlery, hair dryer, washing drying rack, bbq, inductive hob, fridge with freezer compartment. I mention this, as i know it helps me decide what I need to pack and that's info I look for in the reviews. The owner is very friendly, responsive, and helpful. It's time we've been to Secret House and we will be coming back. Lots to do in the area:Zatorland and Energylandia on the doorstep but within 1 hour's drive other attractions: Dream world in Inwałd, Żywiec and Żar mountain with toboggans (other surrounding mountain towns etc as well) Cracow Zoo, Salt mines in Wieliczka, Cracow itself, lots of climbing parks for both children and adults (Park na Dechę in Bielsko-Biała ) and many other attractions (lakes, bike paths, open swimming pools). You won't be bored!

Cons: There was nothing not to like!

Pros: Was very spacious, clean, comfortable and great location, perfect to stay with family or friends

Great place to stay when visiting Zator

Pros: - The apartment was spacious, very clean and the heating/cooling of the air-con was nice - Entering through the secure parking and into the apartment was a breeze - A nice bathroom and seating area outside - We will absolutely stay here again on our next visit to the area given the quality, cleanliness and value

Cons: Small niggles which are absolutely not deal breakers. - We came in late and there is no small amenities so would have liked a small shampoo / shower gel as we didn’t bring these. For anyone who isn’t getting in after 11 the supermarket is 4 minutes away. - Cash request for tourist tax. I’d like a QR code system if possible

Pros: The terrace with seating is nice and cosy, and the apartment was clean and had a beautiful bathroom. The view of the roller coasters in the distance is very nice.

Cons: A dish washer would be amazing for longer stays

Pros: Very clean, modern apartment. Has everything you need and within walking distance to Energylandia

Pros: New, well furnished and cosy apartament, in the vicinity of amusement park. Closed, green territory. Doors and gates opens with key codes, no need for contact check in.

Cons: The message received from the host after the booking was made, that local tourist tax should be paid extra and be left in cash in the apartament before departure. That was really dissapoiting- either it should be explicitely stated in the terms or included in the rental price.

Pros: Very clean and fresh, apartment has all the necessary equipment. Good and quiet location. Smooth self-checkin experience. Convenient parking.

Cons: We were 6 people and ordered apartment with 2 bedrooms, one bedroom had 2 single beds and one bunk bed, i.e. 4 sleeping places but sheets and duvets were provided only for 3. We asked for one more but the host recommended to put two single beds together... not very helpful.
