A great value stay.

Pros: A great value stay close to Energylandia and Zator town centre. The place itself was very clean and comfortable, with a lovely little balcony.

Brill for Energylandia

Pros: Really enjoyable stay. Perfect location, only half an hour walk from Energylandia Lots of shops and food stuff nearby Room had fridge and hob with pots and pans etc Free WiFi with decent speeds If I visit Energylandia again il be staying here again for sure 😄

Cons: Had small issue with shower not draining, informed reception and was fixed the next day.

Apartment is nice , the checkin process is disappointment.

Pros: Everything was exactly as in the photo, great apartment, the shop is 3 minutes walking, 20 minutes from Energylandia))

Cons: When you turn on jacuzzi , there is a smell coming out which was like from a bad water from river ,not sure why . After like 5-10 minutes it disappeared but each time you turn it on firstly smell comes on then it’s fine if you leave it for a while. When we arrive at the door , we waited like 20-30 minutes , calling the reception number but firstly no one answered, after there was a woman who barely spoke English. She said she will call back with English speaker but no one called us so we had to wait at the door , after we called again and speaking in Russian helped us to understand what she is saying. Poor thing is that no details are provided to you at least 8 h or 4h before checking how to do that, which room is your and the code for the front door, tired you are waiting and if you speak only English then good luck .. very disappointed about that since I texted the owner to ask how we checkin , what is the procedure but I got no answer .

Pros: Pretty much everything was spot on. Clean, good location, very nice bathroom to add that.

Cons: Only thing that was kind of bad was the Wi-Fi, which was barely usable.

Pros: everything was great, the owners were very kind and helped with all questions

Pros: The apartment was really good and comfortable for families with children. The bed was really comfortable

Cons: There is lot of mosquito in the apartment . I advise not to open the door/ window in the evening

Pros: Location is great, rooms feel very homely and clean - loved the spa bath in my room.

Pros: Clean, cozy apartment. Close to shops and my reason for travel (10 minute walk to Energylandia)

Cons: Bed was a bit too firm for my liking, but I'm used to a softer mattress. Didn't affect my stay too much!

Pros: The place was very clean, the host was very helpful and when we had language barrier, she politely provided someone to communicate with.

Pros: Very good contact with host, always helpful. Close to restaurants and shops.
