Fabulous in every way, highly recommend.

Pros: Location was perfect for the train station, Auschwitz and visiting the Old Town. House was fabulous in every way and highly recommend to anyone. It felt very ‘homely’ with lovely decorative touches and complimentary coffee, dishwasher tablets and toiletries. If we ever come back to visit Auschwitz again, we would definitely stay here.

Cons: The only MINOR flaw was the ice box in the fridge could not be used.

Nice but flawed

Pros: *Close to Auschwitz *Sauna and spa *Parking *Big bathroom *Washing machine *Clean (except spa)

Cons: * Very late check-in 4:30pm only! * Has washing machine, but NO clothes rack to dry/hang them on!! * Spa was dirty, so we didn't use it * No place inside to sit and eat *No couch * Room 5 is in the basement, so very dark and depressing *Looks/feels like a decommissioned massage centre

Pros: Simple & clean apartment with free parking, close to city center, few supermarkets just arround a corner. Ideal to visit Auschwitz-Birkenau museum or Energylandia with kids.

Pros: Absolutely everything about this apartment and the whole vibe of the town. Can't recommend enough!!!

Great value for money

Pros: Well maintained and clean, enough cooking supplies to cook basic meals. Bathroom was nice, quiet location close to the Auschwitz museum (about 15 min walk). Easy to get to from the train station. Very good value for money.

Cons: I didn’t receive the apartment number and key code before I arrived, so I had to call the reception twice to get it. I would have preferred to receive it in advance as I was stood outside for quite some time. Bed was quite noisy but comfortable enough. Fine for a short stay!

Comfortable stay and good proximity to train station and museum

Pros: Excellent host. Great communication, timely response to query. Accommodated early check-in and let us leave our luggage when we went for the Auschwitz tour. Good proximity to the train station, about 6-8mins walk. Close to the museum about 15mins walk.

Cons: Would suggest some paper towel for the kitchen and suggest fixing a few things. Drainage from bathroom is very slow, flooded everytime we shower. Three lightbulbs need replacement. Radiators need fixing but there is a working split system. We ended up sleeping on the sofabed as it was too cold in the bedroom but the sofabed is comfortable.

Beautiful apartment

Pros: Beautiful quiet apartment. Wish I could have stayed longer. It was nice to relax after being there to visit Auschwitz.

Cons: Bed was too short for my 6ft 1 frame. The coffee machine didn't work. A microwave and toaster would have been a nice addition.

Great value/location.

Pros: Booked 2 rooms. Upper room was excellent, clean and comfortable. Manager was very accommodating. On-site access to bicycles. Very close to Memorial site. Great on-site parking was included. 5 minute walk to very good restaurant.

Cons: Basement room (with hot tub), was clammy with inadequate ventilation. Basement window is VERY small.

Pros: Great apartment, cozy, comfortable, with jacuzzi and sauna. Very quiet, beautiful wooden patio outside
