Pros: Everything was perfect! The room, the location, the staff! This is probably the best room I’ve ever lived in! It 100% deserves the high ratings that it has!

Cons: The only thing that was a bit difficult for us was to carry our luggage on the second floor since there wasn’t any elevators. Other than that it was an excellent room and experience!

Perfect place to stay in Krakow.

Pros: Everything. Staff, location, commodity. Really quiet and peaceful!

Cons: Nothing.

Pros: Secure, central to old town and get communication by the owners.

Well situated apartment on the edge of the Old Town, with easy walking access everywhere.

Pros: The apartment was very well located (despite the road works outside which meant the tram stop was not in use!!!). The kitchen was well equipped with utensils etc and 6 espresso coffee capsules and some tea bags and 10 individual milk /creamers was very welcome after our long journey. The map was very useful. The hostess was quick to reply and very welcoming and accommodating in her messages.

Cons: Nothing - but here are 4 suggestions: 1) Tell the guest that you start at street level with the key with the red cover, and work your way round the keys until you reach the apartment which is the last key next to the metal house shaped fob! 2) Provide enough coffee capsules for the number of paid days would be good. 3) Consider providing some cooking oil. 4) Perhaps include some leaflets re the top attractions - we left ours for the next guest.

Good value for fair money

Pros: This property is clean and well-maintained, with a great location and easy access. There’s also a paid car park right next door. If I were looking for a place to stay in Krakow again, I’d definitely book it.

Cons: The TV is quite far from the bed, so it’s not very comfortable to watch something while falling asleep. A small sofa in front of it would be better, as there’s a coffee table, so I watched the news sitting on it.

Fantastic location, great first time visit to Krakow

Pros: Fantastic stay in Studio 2. Towels and linen were clean and plenty provided for our 3 night stay. The apartment came with all self catering necessities required for a long weekend - coffee, creamer and sugar also provided along with basic toiletries and a hairdryer in the bathroom which was a lovely touch. The location is exceptional and the view we had over Planty park was lovely to wake up to each morning. The staff were very friendly and helpful if we had any questions and left very detailed check-in instructions when we arrived, they also kindly allowed us to leave our luggage at their office after we checked out and explored more of Krakow before our evening flight. Would absolutely recommend this accomodation to first time visitors to Krakow!

Pros: Apartment was clean and very spacious and bright for a studio. Some tea, coffee and milk were provided along with clean towels, shower gel etc. The bed was super comfortable! And the place was very quiet at night - you can hear the neighbours when they are passing through the corridor but not when they're inside their apartment. Staff was very polite and allowed us to arrive early since the apartment was empty the night before. The place has everything you need for a few nights in Kraków and it's really close to the main square. There are also several good places to go eat within 3-4 min walk, which was convenient for us in the morning to have a breakfast.

Cons: Can't complain, the place really stands out compared to other studio apartments we stayed in across Europe.

Totally recommend!

Pros: The location was amazing, only 5-6 minutes walk to the main square! The room was spacious and clean, and we had plenty of comfort for our 4 suitcases. We stayed for 6 days and we never heard any noise, the apartment was very well soundproof. Also, very warm and cosy, perfect for staying in after a long day exploring. Communication with the host was great, and she was always helpful with any question or issue we had! Totally recommend staying there!

Cons: We had an issue with the water turning cold very quickly. We talked with the host and she was truly helpful and did everything she could to fix it (it was not fixed during our stay, but I guess it will be taken care of). Also, the mattress was too soft for us.

Pros: The property was very close to the old town The host was very responsive and the nice thing was that after check out we could leave the luggage at the reception. It was the most cleaned and warmed apartment i have ever been. There were even coffee capsules and bottles of water It was even better than a 4 star hotel cleaned and well equipped The room was large and the bathroom to It has iron and the hairdryer was big and not like that small that you have on the hotel rooms When we arrived the room was warm and tidy I enjoyed the stay and I would like to come back

Pros: Location good, only a few minutes walk to the old town square and the market.

Cons: Could do with a mirror in the main room.
