Loved the apartment.

Pros: Very good location, nice and comfortable mattresses to have a good sleep. Handy kitchen and a good clean bathroom. Perfect for a couple.

Cons: Everything was fine. They even fixed a clogged sink immediately as soon as we told them. Only thing that I missed was shower gel. They had provided shampoo but not shower gel so we bought ourselves from a store nearby.

Good stay in Krakow

Pros: Very welcoming and accommodating. There's a convenience shop right at your doorstep, and a pizza place that tastes amazing. Do visit the breakfast/brunch place beside the little park for some french toast!

Cons: Would love some different pillows, the ones in the apartment are big and hard, great for telly watching, not so much for sleeping. One different one, (possible softer and flatter ;)) would be great. Instructions for A/C - I turned it on, but even at minimum temp it was nearly useless.

Delightful and cosey stay

Pros: We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful apartment in Krakow! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean, incredibly modern, and well thought out. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, making it perfect for preparing meals during our stay. The bathroom featured a walk-in shower that was not only spacious but also impeccably clean, adding to the comfort and luxury of the apartment. One of our favorite spots was the little balcony terrace—ideal for enjoying a morning coffee or relaxing in the evening. The building felt very safe, with friendly and professional security guards at reception who always greeted us with a smile. The communication with the hosts through Booking.com was absolutely top-notch—by far the best we’ve experienced. They were responsive, helpful, and truly made us feel welcome. Overall, this was one of our best stays anywhere, and we wouldn’t hesitate to return. Highly recommended!

Perfect

Pros: Fantastic host and well equipped apartment. Situated within 10 minutes walk to the old town with lots of bars and restaurants in the area. Fast communication with full check in details sent before arrival, also gave advice on transfer from the airport. Nothing was too much trouble. We will be back! Thank you

Fantastic

Pros: We liked everything! There were easy instructions for the check-in. The apartment was clean and very well furnished - exactly like in the photos. What is more there is coffee, tea even a first aid kit on your disposal which made a really good impression on us. The host have thought about everything. The building is located within a walking distance from everything you may need and the old town is very close. What made our stay amazing were the hosts - extremely welcoming and kind people. I highly reccommend this place.

Great value for money

Pros: Lovely, clean studio in a brilliant location - only 15 minute walk to the old town and very quiet at night. The host was super responsive too and gave us all the information needed to get into the flat smoothly.

Cons: It would’ve been nice to have some shower gel - only had shampoo. But that wasn’t a big deal at all!
