Great for group of friends

Pros: The location had everything you needed nearby and easy public transport links to tram 1 direct to old town. Robert was very nice and the apartment was extremely clean with all appliances working perfectly. We had everything we needed and more. This was a fantastic apartment but the section below of what we didn't like is a personal opinion and may not be the same as other guests opinions.

Cons: The beds were very hard. Some people may like that but it wasn't ideal for me and my group. We found some extra blankets that padded them out a bit to make them a bit more comfortable. If you are not a great sleeper and really like a soft bed this isn't for you. There is also someone living above you that we called Sargent stompy because they stomp around with no grace with cast iron anvils for shoes at all hours which is not great as its normally as you finally manage to fall asleep.

Overall a good apartment and in a good location

Pros: Large apartment, about 15-20 minutes walk from the city center, fully equipped kitchen, small and sufficient supermarket on the corner of the building

Cons: The apartment is on the fourth floor without an elevator.

Pros: Nice spacious apartment, really clean, easy check in with clear instructions, nice location. Owner allowed us to check in early and check out late, great communication. Would highly recommend

Pros: Location was perfect. Accommodation was spacious and very well equipped.

Cons: An extra toilet would have been handy!

Great spot to rest up between exploring

Pros: Great property location, really liked the keyless entry as it meant no one was responsible for a key and we could all get back at different times. Water pressure was excellent, shower was brilliant.

Cons: Very minor points but the TV was very laggy (really shouldn’t be an issue if you’re exploring the city) and the actual chairs weren’t particularly comfortable for a long sit (again not a problem when exploring)

Pros: Great apartment which was spacious and bright. The location was very good. Apartment was well equipped

Cons: Not really just be aware there is no lift - not an issue apart from on arrival carrying cases!

Unbeatable value for money

Pros: Unbeatable value for money, great location, very spacious apartment (except the toilet, that was rather small). Overall outstanding stay. The parking can be tricky as it is in any bigger city but we always found a place nearby.

Suitable for family and friends

Pros: Clean, comfortable, nice apartment. Good location, quiet area with supermarket, cafe, nearby, within walking distance to tourist areas and river, easy to communicate with the host

Cons: Nothing. We knew , prior to booking, from other reviews, that the apartment had no lift ( elevator) and had three flights of stairs ( total 60 steps). It was not an issue for us. Not suitable for guests with mobility issues

Very nice and clean apartment located close to the city centre.

Pros: The apartment is large, clean and there's absolutely everything you might need during the stay. The street in which it is located is quiet and so is the apartment building. Communication with the owner was very quick and efficient.

Cons: I cannot think of anything to complain about so just a few recommendations (not complaints!). There are curtains on the windows which is fine. If there were also net curtains on the windows, it would be even better. It would be nice if the main door could be locked by key from the inside just to add a feeling of extra security.
