Pleasant stay. Warm in winter and everything we need.

Pros: Friendly assistance when the window/door was jammed, and we couldn't close it. We contacted the owner, and they came out on Christmas Day to fix the issue. They were very responsive and ensured we had a pleasant stay. Clean, secure apartment close to the station.

Cons: Nothing. All good. Perhaps a minor issue is that the hairdryer wasn't particularly powerful, and it would have been beneficial to have washing powder available to accompany the washing machine.

Excellent stay, responsive owner, good location

Pros: The owner was very responsive and reception was ready with the keys. The location is 10 minutes walking distance to old town and 5-7 minutes to main train station. The owner was super sweet and helpful. Minor issue with drainage which was sorted within no time. I’m really impressed, it was gated accommodation and felt very safe! Neat and Clean property.

Pros: It was very clean. The sofa and the bed are very comfy.

Cons: The previous users didn't wash their dishes and they were in the dishwasher in very bad condition. Also the shower drain was clogged with hair and we managed inentantional to flood the 1/3 of the apartment.

Better than expected

Pros: The accommodation is excellent, just as shown in the photographs. The neighborhood is quiet, it is located near the city center and the train station. The host is exceptional, and we got all the necessary information from him. We definitely recommend this accommodation, which is comfortable for 4 people.

Pros: The host was very polite and always at the other side of the phone to help or answer any questions. I will certainly recommend as it’s good value for money. If I go back to Krakow, I will certainly book the apartment again.
