Comfortable and convenient

Pros: Location is very convenient. Size of the room and bathroom, quality of the finishing. Heating was excellent - we have stayed during the very cold period and were very satisfied with the temperature inside. Storage space very decent.

Cons: WiFi very week - streaming services not working. This was reported to staff who kindly tried to help with no success. Shower head grip broken so the position could not be adjusted - had to be hand held or it sprays water over the cabin door. Washbasin cork was stuck in preventing timely water drainage. Floor was not vacuumed properly - there was dust, hair and cookies crumbles on the bedroom floor. Tableware just 2 of each - meaning that if you have tea you don’t have another glass for water or juice. Same with plates - just 1 piece per person. Come on!

Pros: Very nice and spacious apartment bed and sofa bed very comfortable nice and powerful shower

Cons: Maybe some milk and a microwave but apart from that all good

Fabulous apartment well priced

Pros: Location was great, 5 minute walk from old town. Shops and restaurants outside the door. Lovely and warm apartment, comfy beds, lots of space. Remote staff extremely helpful with everything.

Great stay, would recommend to others

Pros: Hotel was clean and spacious. Shower was powerful. Location was fine, not in the middle of the city but only a short walk away if people want a quieter stay.

Cons: Pillow was way too soft for me, but I used one of the sofa cushions and had a great night's sleep.

Pros: Everything was perfect. The room is exacly like the photos online. Realy good location. There is no reception but the staff online is very gently and always ready to help when needed. The relation quality-price is amazing and al the room is very clean, warm and confortable. I highly recomend

Pros: It was close to everything from walking it had very helpful staff and it was very clean

Pros: The staff answered very quickly every time we wrote them whether about some small problem in the apartment or regarding the breakfast. The canal was clogged and they sent someone to fix it the following day.

Cons: There was not ventilation in the bathroom and in the kitchen part.
