Nice pleasant stay in a very good location close to old town

Pros: Great location, a very nice building. The apartment is modern with a lot of kitchen electronics, nice ambient lighting that you can regulate. Everything is tidy, nice design. I loved that it had a balcony and that you can come with a dog(for additional fee)❤️ very happy that it is friendly for dogs❤️

Cons: It was a bit strange that for kitchen tools only two forks, two knifes, two spoons were left.. the bathroom area is a bit narrow, cramped, but not a big issue, understandable that probably in old building there was not a possibility to do it bigger.

Pros: Exceptional apartment in the heart of the city close to main square and all the tourist attractions. Shops and restaurants are just few meters away. Beutifull stay, very helpful owners. We had everything we needed for pleasant stay.

Beautiful apartment in good location, recommended

Cons: There is no elevator to the building, you have to carry your luggage two floors, the bed is located in a small, cramped niche, not so comfortable

I will stay in no other property in Krakow. I had a marvelous stay and will absolutely recommend this property.

Pros: Very clean, upmarket, modern and well located within short walking distance between the main square and Jewish quarters. Walking distance from train station where train stops from airport. Safe. Has a nice small balcony where you can sit outside, facing a beautiful courtyard garden. All appliances you need to make your stay comfortable: TV, Netflix, Youtube, Wifi, microwave, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, fridge and freezer and Nespresso coffee machine. Appreciated the bottle of water, the starter coffee pods and the dishwashing liquid. Comfortable bed and clean white crisp linen and duvet. Good pillows. Showergel, handsoap and towels are provided. Nice wooden floor and large cupboard spaces. Conveniance store just outside the main entrance where you can buy groceries. I extended my stay at the property because I liked it so much.

Cons: Communication is slow and messages are send in Polish and via email. Had to use a translator to understand messages. I received the instructions how to get the key, via email that was sent on the day of my arrival. I therefore arrived at the property before I saw the email and had no idea how to get in. Luckily another resident at the property helped me and I got the e-mail later. Whatsapp communication would be much easier. The property is for one or two people only. Will be too crowded for three people. The entrance into the shower is seriously narrow, max 20cm. If you are overweight you will not be able to get into the shower. The walking space next to the bed is just as narrow and makes getting in and out of the bed difficult. I would have liked to have a dish cloth and a cleaning cloth and one or two dishwasher pods. There is a restaurant in one corner of the courtyard that can be noisy at night on weekends. Second floor property without lift, stairs only.

Pros: Nice modern apartment with everything you would need for your stay. No noise at night and felt secure.

Cons: E mail explaining entry to apartment was not sent until after we left the UK . Internet problems made it hard to access it on arrival would be better to receive info the day before.. Space either side of bed very narrow . Bathroom area small. Ok for us but possibly awkward for a larger person.. Would be nice if a paper copy of a map of area was provided.

Convenient location and cozy place

Pros: Brand new equipment. Close to Kraków Grzegórzki railway station.

Cons: Shower draining speed is a bit slow. Mind the flooding.

Pros: The property was clean, tidy, modern, and in a perfect location. Firstly the instructions for self check in were so simple and impossible to follow incorrectly which when your tired from travelling as exactly what you need. The property itself was in a lovely area and had a nice little balcony. We were overjoyed to get such a lovely apartment for such good valve. I stayed In 3 premises whilst visiting Krakow for a week and this was by far our favourite. Had a great night's sleep, no outside noise. I would have stayed here the full week if it hadn't already been booked. The owner clearly cares about providing a high standard for their customers and its greatly appreciated. If I visit again, I will 100 percent stay here!

Pros: From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the cleanliness and modern design of the apartment. The apartment was not only aesthetically pleasing but also well-equipped with all the amenities one could need for a comfortable stay. The central location of the apartment was a major highlight for me. Being situated in the heart of Krakow allowed me to easily explore the city's charming streets, historic sites, and vibrant culture. The convenience of having local shops and restaurants within walking distance added to the overall convenience of the location. I will undoubtedly recommend your apartment to friends and family and look forward to the opportunity to return in the future. Thank you once again for the outstanding hospitality!
