Pros: Everything was perfect- communication, location, facilities, value for money etc It’s very convenient if you’re using train to some other places because the apartment is just on the next street

Comfortable stay in a good location

Pros: The location is very good — close to the shopping mall, train station, and within walking distance of Kraków’s Old Town. The apartment was clean and offered a comfortable bed, a functional kitchenette, and a spacious bathroom. Check-in and check-out were very easy thanks to the access code and key box system. There are also plenty of coffee shops and restaurants nearby, which was very convenient.

Cons: There’s nothing particularly extraordinary about the accommodation, but it offers good value for money. I honestly can’t think of any real negatives to mention. Overall, a solid and practical choice for a comfortable stay in Kraków.

Pros: Great location, lovely fully equipped apartment, clean, comfy, equipped kitchen. All good.

Cons: The pillows are absolutely terrible. Please change them.

Great Apartment with potential to be wonderful

Pros: It was a good apartment with a great location in a quiet place. The apartment is big enough for a couple. The access to the apartment is simple. The bathtub is great.

Cons: The apartment needs some small fixes, for example there a lot of cracks on the walls and handle of the shower not in good condition, also id recommend to put a curtain into the shower to prevent water leaks, cause bathroom furniture already damaged by it. The bed linen wasn't clean it had some hairs in it and dust, like it was used for floor mopping.

Great location and a nice apartment.

Pros: Great location. So close to train station and old town. Comfortable beds.

Cons: We were here for 5 nights and wanted to self cater. Limited kitchen utensils for cooking.

Pros: Very close from train and bus station. Clean, easy to book and get answers.

Pros: Room was nice for 2 persons and a 3 year old child. It is very close to main train station. Wifi was working well. There were some kitchen equipment so we could eat and drink inside the room.

Cons: Washmachine was not working and it almost locked with my belongings, but is fixed by itself. Since this is an apartment there was no cleaninig daily.

Pros: It is a very good location if you have stopover in Krakow, have a baby luggage, as it is very close to the train/bus station. Rooms are clean, nice and have all the necessary equipment incide.

Cons: As rooms are close to each other, it might be a little noisy. But it depends more on the neighborhood you have.

Pros: Very flexible with checking out time which was appreciated. Great facilities - clean and well maintained.

Cons: Be careful with the washing machine - it sometimes locks .
