Great spacious comfortable apartment in great location

Pros: The apartment was spacious and bright, and having a washing machine and dishwasher was definitely a bonus. We did experience some issues with the heating, as we were unable to regulate the room temperature ourselves and had to request remote adjustment, which felt a little unusual. However, this was resolved promptly when we asked. We were also slightly disappointed by the lack of a toaster and basic items such as salt, sugar, and coffee. Small touches like fresh flowers would have made the stay feel even more welcoming.

Cons: We had to carry a heavy suitcase to the 4th floor as there was no lift so make sure tou book bottom floors if you have a large luggage

Great apartment with plenty of space- comfortable beds etc

Pros: Very good, quiet location. Just a short walk from the main square in Krakow with all its shops and restaurants.

Overall brilliant stay

Pros: Spacious clean great location and great communication from the host.

Cons: The apartment was meant to sleep 8 people but the sofa wasn’t a sofa bed, the neighbours weren’t very nice and pulled me out of the room to complain about us walking up the stairs. There were 8 people walking up wooden stairs and the building is very echoing which we could not help footstep noise.

Perfect stay for our group!

Pros: We loved everything about the apartment, it was a 10 minute walk to the main square and was a huge living space. We are a family of 6 and didn’t feel stuck for space at any point. The space was clean and had everything we needed. The hosts were also extremely helpful and answered all of my questions so quickly. Loved our stay and would 100% recommend to anyone. 😊

Cons: Only thing would be to check in earlier but I appreciate that it can’t always be done and needs more notice (might be worth asking ahead next time!!)

Pros: absolutely beautiful apartment, we were astonished at the facilities and the cleanliness

Cons: If you have mobility problems , perhaps being on the 4rh floor with no lift would t be the best thing. luckily my 80 year old mum managed it.

Pros: Breakfast choices were great, as described in information on booking. Perfect thankyou. Location, 15 minute walk from the centre. Great communication with host. Spacious apartment, everything we needed, as described. Would definitely consider staying here again. Host organised taxi to apartment, very helpful

Cons: Nothing to report

Pros: Appartments closed to city center. Big and spacious rooms with a lot of light for 5-6 persons. Quiet area. One toilet and one bedroom. In form of the builging is car parking for additional cost.

Pros: The apartment is in an excellent quiet location close to grocery and bakery shops. In addition there is a nearby tram stop. The kitchen was functional and sufficient for our needs. The shower was excellent and there was always enough hot water for washing

Cons: The apartment would benefit from redecorating in places but to be frank would not negatively influence our decision to book again

Pros: Very clean, comfortable and spacious apartment. 6 single beds which was perfect for a group of single friends Location was great as a short walk from the main square in the old town. Staff were really helpful in organising transfers and trips..
