Pros: Very nice and clean apartment, convenient distance to the city centre by tram. Nice having a parking space in the garage.

Cons: There was a bit of smoking smell when we first came.

All in all nice apartment with minor issues

Pros: It is easily reachable by public transportation. Not in the absolute centre, but that’s fine! The Apartment has everything that is important for a weekend stay, so we can’t complain :) Very nice that it has a garage! Nice new building area with interesting park architecture! Important to mention: the host is reachable within minutes via chat.

Cons: There’s a step to the shower with the same color of the floor. If you don’t see it (I didn’t) you’re gonna hit your toe, so beware! Please paint that step :) Opening the dishwasher makes the whole wooden beam below it move cause it was not cut correctly to put the washer in. It’s just aesthetics, but it makes it feel not thought through. Also, please be aware that the numbering of the houses are confusing: after house 8, a few houses after you’ll be locating house 8A. This should be put in red somewhere so you don’t walk into the wrong building :) And please be aware that the parking lot is in a different building.

Pros: Comfortable apartment. Parking place nearby in underground garage. Keys from apartment and garage I got in box close to apartment’s doors. Interior was new, clean, minimalistic. Bed was comfortable. 15 min on car from center, tram station near, Lidl, tank station, carwash nearbuy.

Pros: Very beautiful and modern apartment. Everything we needed for a short stay was there. It was slightly awkward to get there as the surrounding was filled with cars but the parking spot in the garage made our stay very comfortable.
