Way2Stay Old Town

Not bad little place great location

Pros: Location was great, beds were comfortable the apartment size was lovely and had things in there to use cutlery plates etc, Nice balcony to go outside and smoke if you smoke saves you going up and down the stairs. Shower was nice, hot water, nice and warm upon arrival as was freezing outside. Bed were made up already for us with towels and hand towel. Lovely cafe below do nice coffees and food. Had an overall pleasant stay. I would probably book again.

Cons: Cleanliness wasn't great, cleaners need to do a better job, broken back to a chair, balcony and chairs on balcony covered in bird poo ( they need a clean and be covered or taken inside when not in use) ashtray was full with old cigarette butt's (hadn't been emptied), need a rubber bath mat for the shower as its really slippery when wet, also the shower leaks when in use, had to use our towels to mop it up, luckily there was spare towels. If you are travelling with alot of luggage or with elderly family or have any trouble climbing the stairs I would double check what floor you are on, as when we arrived we was on the second floor, fine for me and my daughter but not very good for my 72 year old mum who has bad knees. There is no lift. I asked if we could possibly move floors to a different room and just got ignored, not very good communication from the owners. Also dont lean on the fridge door it will come out of the hole! Could do with some more coffee cups.

Everything was fine

Pros: The location, the apartment and its cost-quality relationship, and the communication with the owner where perfect.

The perfect Stay in Krakow. Long or short let, this is your stay.

Pros: We loved everything from the moment we stepped into this adorable apartment. It has absolutely everything you might need, and it truly feels like a home away from home. It’s cosy, charming, and thoughtfully arranged. I also have to mention how wonderful the owner is — incredibly kind and genuinely helpful. She let us check in three hours early and even offered a safe place to store our luggage on the day of departure. She’s such a kind-hearted lady. ♥️ We honestly cannot recommend this stay enough. It’s our favorite place in Krakow — and in all of Poland. Thank you for making our stay even better! 🙌🏼 Hope to be back here one day 😍

Cons: Honestly not a thing to complain about.

Pros: Property was only a 10 min walk to the square. Had excellent facilities inside the apartment.

Panoramic Apartment

Pros: We stayed in the Panoramic apartment. It was in a great location. About 10 minutes walk to the main square and Jewish Quarter. Tram and train right outside the door. Plenty of restaurants and grocery stores close by as well. Lovely spot. Comfortable bed. Very spacious apartment. And having a washing machine was a bonus. We were able to check in early which we were very grateful for after travelling for 30 hours.

Cons: The apartment wasn't clean when we arrived. Also no basics like tea, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper etc. The shower is very small for the size of thr apartment, and needs some shelving to hold items.

Pros: Petfect location, the host was great answered all questions asap. The apartment was lovely had everything you need.

Perfect location

Pros: The location was ideal, only a short walk into the Old Town. The apartment had everything in really that we needed and there was a storage area for our luggage on check out day. The area was quiet too and we didn't have any noise from neighbours.

Cons: Just seemed to lack a little attention to detail with making up the room and glasses needed a quick wash before we used them.

Very enjoyable stay and would return to this property again despite the negative remarks I have made.

Pros: Location was excellent, plenty of places to eat within 10 min walk. The old town is within walking distance. The building and area felt safe, the building has cctv in the entrance. Excellent sound proofing, didn’t hear any noise in the apartment. Train from the airport stops at the station just across from the apartment but did not hear any trains passing once in the apartment. Lovely cafe next door opens early for breakfast and a shop just around the corner.

Cons: The settee is uncomfortable due to being a bed settee, but the apartment is too small for more than 2 people. Stains on the kitchen wall and on furniture need wiping away and some dusty area’s, the lamp stand and bedroom light shade.
