Pros: I am very happy that I stayed in this apartment. I also used their taxi service from the airport to the apartment, and it was very good. It was 3 a.m., and the driver even stopped at a 24-hour shop so I could buy anything I needed before going to the apartment. The staff was very helpful and responded immediately, even at 2 a.m. when I needed assistance. They were ready to help within seconds, at any time of the day or night. The apartment had everything we needed; it was very safe and warm. I 100% recommend it, especially because I had been very disappointed by another booking that scammed me and stole my money. I am very happy I stayed in this apartment in the city center, where everything was just a 7-minute walk away. Thank you — I will recommend you everywhere.

Pros: Great location, în the centre of the town. Very clean. Mini kitchen very useful . You find parking near the location on the street.

Cons: The wall are very thin, and at our head în the other room was bathroom, so we heard everytime they use the water like it was near our ears. And the bathroom smells very bad.

Great location, great room layout, and easy check in and check out.

Pros: They send a message out when the room has been cleaned and prepared. The loft in the room is a fun way of adding an extra bed. The bathroom is compact but not crammed. And the location is great as it's close to Rynek.

Cons: The stairs up to the loft are a little steep, so you just need to be careful when going up and down. Our room was on the second floor, so at night, when any larger vehicles passed, it was quite noisy when sleeping with the open window, but it can be easily overlooked.

Just perfect!

Pros: The location was perfect! Near the river, wawel castle and old town. The room was perfect too, clean and beautiful! The staff very helpful and answered almost immediately in every message we sent to them. They agreed to change the dates of our booking because of a mistake we made and they kept our luggage for free after we checked out. I would definitely stay there again! Thanks for everything!

Cons: Everything was just perfect for me, but someone would probably expect to find face towels or shampoo. I had my own so that was not a problem.

Pros: My stay was absolutely wonderful! The location was perfect – everything I needed was nearby, and many of the city's main attractions were within walking distance. The room was very comfortable, clean, and well-equipped – I had everything I needed for a pleasant stay. The beds were extremely comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. I also really appreciated the peaceful atmosphere and the attention to detail – everything felt thoughtfully prepared with guests’ comfort in mind. The staff were friendly and helpful, which made the experience even better. I would definitely recommend this place and would gladly return on my next visit to Kraków!
