Overall satisfied, brilliant location

Pros: Very central and convenient to the old town, very clean and well kept

Cons: We were in the loft, the roof window blinds did not work and it felt a little claustrophobic, would of liked a proper window and no sloping roof. Also some mornings we had to have cold showers as the water would not warm up. I’d ask for a room on any floor other than the 3rd!

The accommodation was perfect for us

Pros: We took our 3 Children and their families in 4 rooms across 3 floors - There is a lift available. All were pleased with the size of the apartments and the facilities. They were very clean with excellent ensuites. The hotel is in an excellent position being within around 8-10 minutes walking distance of the main square. We didn't pay extra for breakfast but the restaurant the hotel uses over the road - The Velo - is very good and reasonable pricewise.

Cons: The only aspect which was a little disappointing was the size of the storage area. We arrived around 12 midday on a Sunday (possibly a peak day for returning tourists) and as we couldn't get into the rooms until 3pm and with 10 cabin size cases we could not fit any inside. An alternative address was provided by the hotel within a short space of time.

Pros: Everything was great – location, spacious rooms, and very clean!

Pros: Fabulous breakfast at the restaurant across the street. 2 toilets are always a nice surprise. Our apartment, no. 36 was very quite, even the hotel is located on the street with tram line.

Vacation time

Pros: Very nice apartmant with god location. God value for the money.

Cons: The only minus was the curtains for the windows there was one missing so the morning light was always wake us up becouse of the missing curtains.

Nice stay

Pros: Very good location, close to both the Old Town and Wawel Castle, only takes some minutes to walk there. The room is large and nice. Although there is a tramway outside on the road, the tram noise certainly did not bother me, I did not need earplugs to sleep and slept well. The breakfast in the restaurant opposite is delicious.

Cons: The air conditioning was not very effective although I think maybe it's because it's cool in Krakow outside in the night, so it was a bit hot in room on my first evening. And the luggage storage provided by the aparthotel is a locked common area under the stairs, there are no separate lockers.

Amazing place, don’t think twice before booking.

Pros: Great value for your money at the city center. Everything regarding our stay went amazingly. Communication with the host was very efficient and quick (they even provided solutions in case we needed to leaver our luggage stored after check-out). The room was very spacious and offered all the conditions to make our stay more comfortable. Great option in case you’re visiting the city centre or going on an Auschwitz’s tour.

Excellent

Pros: Its perfectly i like how is the system for check inn and out manually and direct you have the codes and access to key for check inn. Verry well coordinated. The room was big , clean ,pleasant quit and the most the roof window giving us lighter day.

Cons: Only the water shower has low pressure that so little,and slow water releasing.
