Pros: Every thing was perfect location was excellent loved my stay, apartment is beautiful very comfortable and safe

Cons: Just beware there are a lot of stairs witch are doable but you get very tired 😫

Pros: Absolutely central location, very nice. Tasty decor and things generally worked really well. Also very clean (except the loo, which was somehow smelly). Spacious rooms and contained everything that was needed

Cons: When booking and looking at the room photos, there were two important things I had not picked up on: - the flat is in the third floor of a high-floored building without elevator, requiring us to schlepp our luggage 105 stairs up to the apartment - the kitchen is not part of our apartment but is a shared kitchen. It's big and really well appointed, and absolutely clean.

Pros: Very central location, value for money! Shared facilities were clean and apartments felt safe.

Cons: No sound isolation whatsoever, could hear everything that happened on the square and curtains didn’t stop light, so we woke up early. Wasn’t an issue for us since we took the extra time exploring the city!

Pros: Room was was good and clean, ideal for a quick break

Cons: They don't tell you it is a shared kitchen and bathroom between guests and rooms. Also the steps are a killer up and down to the rooms so not ideal for the elders.

Great space

Pros: Property was great and a really good location! Follow the instructions on how to find it and you’ll have no probs. Spacious and not too loud of an evening despite being on the main square.

Cons: We booked for three people but the sofa bed was not made up ready. When we left the keys in the lockbox as instructed, I was bombarded with messages that they could not find the key. A bit stressful when I’m getting on a flight. They later found the key… in the lockbox

Pros: The location was perfect. It is right on the square. The apartment was modern and very clean and the shared amenities were good.

Cons: There is no lift and the apartments are up nine flights of stairs it's a hard trek especially after a day of walking. The instructions for the codes were not clear. It turned out you had to use the first code for the first two doors, then the second code for the key box. It took us over half an hour to gain entry. Fortunately a kind man came and showed us. We could not connect the television either but it wasn't a big issue as we spent most of our time out of the apartment. I did email asking for advice but had no response.

Perfect central family stay in krakow

Pros: The location, cleanliness and the very helpful host made it easy to rate our stay a 5 Star. We couldn’t fault anything about our stay here. The value for money is unbelievable. We travelled 2 adults, 1 18 year old son and 1 13 year old daughter. The layout of having 2 single beds instead of a double were perfect for us. We will definitely return and recommend to anybody visiting krakow (if you are able to walk up steps) as there are no lifts up-to the accommodation.

Cons: Nothing! Absolutely perfect.

Lovely apartment in the best location possible in the city centre.

Pros: The best part is the location, it couldn't be better - on the Main Market Square - so only a few steps from the door to the Christmas Market. The apartment was spotlessly clean, with a large bathroom and great kitchen facilities. There were only 2 of us, but we could have come comfortably as a family of 4 for a short break. Easy access with the code for the door messaged to at check-in time. I would not hesitate to book this place again and visit Kracow - super city to visit.

Cons: I think the only negative is the number of steps from street level to the apartment, I know it says clearly there is no lift in the details, but there are a lot of stairs if anyone has mobility issues.

Nice clean apartment in historic building

Pros: Amazing location in a historic building right on the main square in the old town. The building has a small courtyard and a Starbucks on the ground floor. Our apartment had a pretty big bathroom with shower and separate bath tub. It was all clean and tidy. Shared kitchen was nice and clean and not heavily used.

Cons: It’s not really a negative since it is stated in the descriptions for the apartments hou choose between, that make sure to check the description of the apartment you’re getting as they are somewhat different. Ours had a bathroom but no kitchen, so we used a shared kitchen. I think some apartments didn’t have their own bathroom but shared a bathroom in the corridor.

Pros: Really cool apartment, very large size, super cool furnishings in the room, amazing windows, very clean, amazing kitchen across the hall, great old krakow feel, character building, generally quiet, extremely close to the main square and all the action. We really love the apartment

Cons: ☆☆over 100 stairs☆☆ no elevator, for us this was a huge problem and unless you are young it will be a problem for you, don't under estimate how inconvenient this is, especially if you have luggage. Although generally quiet the noise echoes through the building... very inconvenient at night. Their is no staff available, no front desk, no one to help. You have to pass through several locked doors to get to the apartment. The shared kitchen is across the hall as is the bathroom, all shared with other people. The pull out beds did not work properly so just slept on couches. Oh yah... killer stairs in this building
