Nice, cozy, great location.

Pros: The location is great, near the city centre. Also it is in a relatively peaceful neighborhood. The tram is a 5 min walk away.

Cons: Eventhough it is clean, it has a problem with a sewage smell. They are trying to solve it with many air fresheners so thats a plus.

Romantic and lovely room, good location but bikes need some work!

Pros: The hotel was beautiful, and the facilities were lush. It was a nice distance from the centre, 10-15 min walk and about £5 in a uber. The staff were quick at responding and overall lovely stay. The only downside I can mention is the bike aspect, we never got chance to use these, as the keys provided just wouldn’t work on the locks! There are no instructions in the book to tell you the bikes that were out for the weekend, and after trying for around 10/15 minutes and another resident helping we just couldn’t do it! Is a shame as was really looking forward to this and would maybe suggest the management just include better instructions around this? Other than that though the stay was perfect, thank you.

Pros: Everything was great. The room looks very nice and you have everything you need. Jacuzzi was also great to relax after a long day of walking. I really loved it here.

Pros: Hot tub was great,easy to find and access apartment ,full kitchen with everything needed for a lovely meal.big tv,we were also able to check in 2 hours earlier which was fantastic .Will surely return.

Idealne miejsce na relaks w Krakowie!

Pros: Świetny pobyt! Jacuzzi & Bike Apartment to idealne miejsce na pobyt w Krakowie. Apartament był bardzo czysty, nowoczesny i świetnie wyposażony – wszystko zgodne z opisem, a nawet lepiej. Jacuzzi to absolutny hit i doskonały sposób na relaks po całym dniu zwiedzania. Lokalizacja bardzo wygodna, z dobrym dojazdem do centrum. Kontakt z gospodarzem bezproblemowy, szybki i bardzo uprzejmy. Zdecydowanie polecam i chętnie wrócę przy kolejnej wizycie w Krakowie!

Pros: Apartament super! Przestrzeń świetnie zagospodarowana, wszystko przemyślane i bardzo przytulnie. Jacuzzi rewelacja – po całym dniu spacerów po Krakowie idealny relaks! Wszędzie blisko, do sklepu dosłownie kilka kroków. W środku czyściutko, pachnąco, czuć, że właścicielka dba o każdy detal. Na rocznicę przygotowała piękny wystrój – naprawdę zrobiło to ogromne wrażenie. Łóżko bardzo wygodne, kuchnia w pełni wyposażona, niczego nie brakowało. Szkoda, że spędziliśmy tam tylko jedną dobę, bo aż żal było wyjeżdżać. Zdecydowanie wrócimy! Polecam gorąco każdemu.
