Pros: We had a wonderful stay at Glossy Apart. The apartment is very well organized, thoughtfully designed, and extremely comfortable. It is fully equipped and provided everything we needed during our stay, which made us feel at home from the first moment. Adrian was an excellent host – warm, attentive, and always available to help with any request or question. The communication was easy and personal, and we truly appreciated the care and attention. The location is perfect – close to everything we wanted to see and do, from main attractions to great bars and restaurants in the area. Highly recommended,

Pros: The apartment itself is modern, spacious, and beautifully furnished. It comes fully equipped with everything you might need – including a kitchen, air conditioning, washing machine, fast Wi-Fi, and in some units, a balcony with a lovely view. It’s a peaceful place to relax after a day of sightseeing.

Pros: The apartment was spacious. Very clean. It had everything you required for a short stay and more.

Cons: How modern it was bright and tastefully decorated and styled and very clean. We felt safe and secure.

Nice clean apartment conveniently located

Pros: Firstly the location. the apartment is located in Kasimierz area and was within walking distance to most of the tourist spots in Krakow. it is a nice one bedroom apartment with a kitchenette and other accessories including a washing machine. The living area is big enough and the sofa can double hat as a bed, if needed. The apartment is very clean we liked the fact that the place is very quiet.

Cons: We felt that the mattresses were a bit too hard for our comfort.

Pros: Great little apartment in a good location, very secure, could leave bags with reception

Cons: One or two minor bits of the apartment were tired but it did not distract from all the good bits

Pros: The apartment nicely fit our purpose and easily met our expectations. We looked for a comfortable and quiet place where we could drop our car and explore Kraków on foot. The apartment is in a newly built condo, on the 5th (top) floor, with a balcony where we can partially see the Vistula. Yet it is a very quiet place further away from busy roads or noisy tourists :). The building's receptionist showed us to our apartment, flawlessly. The apartment is modern, clean and spacious enough for a couple, where one can comfortably sit&talk on the sofa, have a bite at the table (we did not use the kitceh for cooking) or have a good sleep in the separated area. All major - or even hidden gem - attractions are in walking distance. We returned to the apartment late on both evenings, the area is completely safe.

Cons: Not much to be mentioned here. We arrived at dark and had some trouble finding the building, though eventually turned out that we were at the right place.

Cons: The kitchen could include a bit more basic items. For example there is no opener to open tuna cans, or a flat frying pan. Plus, it would be nice for the kitchen to include some basic cooking items that become a waste for the tenant if he has to buy a new one for the stay, like cooking oil. Besides, the TV from the bedroom turns on automatically every 15 or 20min with no reason, so I had to disconnect it during my stay. I am pretty sure these things can be easily fixed and this apartment would become very complete

Pros: Was so clean and comfortable. Air conditioner was just so good as weather was hot.

Cons: We ordered taxi in advance and it’s difficult to find where taxi will arrive so had big stress when at 5 am I went outside and taxi wasn’t there.
