Pros: The room was super cozy and nice, the location is great. Would definitely stay again.

Clean convenient apartment with more than adequate space.

Pros: Location of the property to Kraków’s town centre. Comfortable accommodations and very clean.

Cons: Did not that it was four floors up from the street without an elevator.

Great location, No lift, nice kitchen

Pros: The location. It is a bit tricky to find at first because the code is sent to my local number instead of booking.com message. Took me awhile to contact the owner (the number is different on the site). Luckily I have the local number to call. There is kitchen with it and it was great.

Cons: I was assigned to the top floor. It took me awhile (+ strength) to climb up with my 20kg baggage. It is a twin bed and one of the inner mattress are sinked. A bit difficult to sleep in.

Pros: Close to old town square, lovely , clean, apartments. Comfortable bed and well equipped bathroom.

Pros: We stayed here before and thought it was great so booked again. Excellent location, clean apartment and well equipt, plus it’s quiet at night for a good nights rest.

Cons: A few fixes would get a perfect score. We couldn’t alter the temperature of the radiator in the bathroom, (no thermostat) it was on full and was too warm. This was an issue because the air con unit in the main room was broken (L7 error appearing). We spent some time trying to reset the unit with YouTube tutorials and turning off and on at the mains trip switch but couldn’t rectify it. The window didn’t open (we were on the top floor) so when we were in the apartment we had to open the front door as it was far too hot. The shower head was broken- the water worked well but the bit where you put the shower head in to stand and shower was broken so you couldn’t use and had to hold the shower head to wash

Pros: Great place for our short stay in Krakow, situated right in the heart of the Old Town with a huge choice of restaurants in walking distance and a short walk to the train station. Will definitely return here for our next stay.

An oasis away from the hustle and bustle

Pros: Clean, comfortable and well located, close to the main square. Off a busy street but very quiet.

Cons: The corridor light on the first floor weren’t working

Pros: Property was so close to the square , facilities in the apartment were great , lovely comfy beds , very clean ,owner was very helpful would certainly stay here again .

Cons: There was nothing to be unhappy about in the property .
