Pros: Zamknięte osiedle, spokój, cisza, spory parking, wieczorem prawie pełny, typowe mieszkanko w bloku, w stylu ikea, mieszkanie dobrze wysprzątane, ale nadgryzione zębem czasu, zwłaszcza kuchnia. Kontakt z właścicielem bardzo dobry.

Cons: brakowało mi trochę piekarnika, bo jedzenie z mikrofali jest nie jadalne. ale na kilka dni to nie problem
