Pros: The apartment was clean, cozy, and comfortable. It is quite spacious and well equipped. Coffee and tea were provided, which was a nice touch. The instructions for finding the keys and entering the apartment were clear and easy to follow. The location is excellent and very convenient.

Cons: The boiler is very loud - you can wake up when someone in the apartment takes a shower. Even with all windows closed, traffic noise from the street is noticeable. There were also some noisy gatherings from neighbors that made sleeping difficult. Otherwise, everything was great.
