K12 Apartments

Pros: Location was perfect for us. Good shower. Easy access with pin numbers for main door and room. Air conditioning was great.

Cons: Couldn't get the wee hot plate to work. Would have loved a toaster.There was a big bump in the mattress...so maybe needs replaced. Did sleep well though.

Pros: Cozy apartment very clean and comfortable. Very helpful staff. Good facilities in the room such as micro, kitchen ware, kettle, oven, fridge, TV, hair dryer all complete. Codes for entering the flats were given on time. We had no difficulties whatsoever. Walk to the old town about 35 minutes. Tram was outside our location. Very easy to reach.

Value for money and in a good location

Pros: The apartment is across a Tram station which is very easy to use it and be transferred around the city. The apartment was very warm and cozy. Never felt cold during the night, even though the weather was cold.

Cons: The bathroom ventilation was not working and also the sound form the A/C next door, was very noisy, during the night so we had to close the bathroom door in order to sleep.

Everything was fine!

Pros: All check-in information was provided by email for a fast and seamless process. This allowed us to leave our luggage in the room and start exploring the city immediately.

Cons: The apartments are a little bit hidden and there are a lot of stairs. So better be prepared for some heavy lifting.

Good experience!

Pros: The studio 19/3 is really nice. Enough space to move around, kitchenette is quite all right (small fridge, kettle, microwave, stove, toaster..+ coffee and tea). Air conditioning was working fine.. so actually no complaints for the room. The location os good, not far from cafes and coffee shops and you can walk to the city center in 20 min. We also rented another studio in the same place, but the other room is much smaller. So if you doubt what to choose and need to work from the room or smth like that, choose 19/3. I also mentioned in the other review that you access the property with codes. I absolutely loved the option! No need to get keys, find reception etc.

Cons: The messaging on booking was not working, so I didn’t get the instructions of how to find the apartment and the codes.So I had to contact them on the phone and the lady on the other side was quite rude. She was just saying “check your email”. But she managed to hear me and send the instructions by text on my phone, so all was fine in the end. Also don’t count on opening your window, because the trams are quite noisy. + be prepared to walk the stairs!

Great value for money

Pros: We had a really good stay in K12 apartments. the room 19/1 was a bit too small, but if you don't plan to sit there all day - it's more than enough. I really loved that you don't need a key to the apartment, there are codes on the doors. So if me or my partner had to go on our own somewhere, we didn't have the burden of sharing 1 key. The room has all that one usually needs from the room: small fridge, kettle, small stove, cutlery .. We had a shower gel / soap in the bathroom. It was very hot in the city, but the conditioner in the room made our stay really comfy. Location is great: a lot of cozy cafes, places to eat. Old town is 20 min walk from the K12

Cons: The view from the room isn't great, but it's not why I rented this room in the first place :) no elevator to get to the room, be prepared to climb some stairs. If you leave the window open you will here the trams

Pros: Easy check in & check out per code, clean, nicely equipped little apartment, comfy bed, 2 tram stops (different directions) in front of the building, bars, shops, restaurants are near.

Cons: I cannot remember I didn't like anything. Everything was as described.

Pros: Well recommended. Staff are very accomodating. The location is perfect just near train stations. The room is nice and clean. And we like it coz there is aircon.

Cons: I didnt like the bed because when you move there's a little noise. Hope you could check the bed frame in A19/3. But beside that we slept good coz of airconditioned room. Thank you.

Fajne miejsce na krótki, weekendowy wyjazd.

Pros: Świetna lokalizacja – blisko sklepy i przystanki tramwajowe. Szybki dojazd do centrum. Kuchnia dobrze wyposażona. Dobry kontakt z właścicielem, instrukcja wejścia wysłana mailowo. Wszystko bez problemu.

Cons: Jedynym minusem jest otwarty prysznic (walk-in), który powoduje, że po prysznicu podłoga w łazience jest mokra. Kuchnia jest dość mała, co może być mniej wygodne przy dłuższym pobycie. Ściany są też bardzo cienkie, więc słychać hałasy z sąsiednich mieszkań.

Pros: Bardzo ładny, przytulny aprtamencik, droga od głównych drzwi do samego apartamentu bajeczna ♥️ mini labirynt który strasznie nam się podobał. Naprawdę urocze miejsce, napewno wrócimy ♥️

Cons: Brak
