Apartament Przyszłości z dwiema sypialniami w Krakowie by Noclegi Renters

Pros: The apartment is big, stylish, modern and clean. The location is also nice, near to Wawel castle and the river.

Cons: For us - 2 families with kids (above 9 years) - it was not comfortable enough. I hope my feedback could improve the situation. 1) you need to consider that in fact this is one apartment on three floors. This mean that on every floor you hear everything is happening on all other floors. For example, you can talk by phone in a basement, and all your relatives or friends will hear it quite easily and clear on all other floors. 2) considering p.1, you can have a rest only all together, e.g. 8 persons. If someone wakes up and goes to a bathroom, everyone will get up because of the noise. 3) if you plan cooking, please note that the biggest pan is around 1,5 liters (we need to boil pasta for 8 people 4 times - to make a portion for everyone) 4) freezer is broken and doesn't freeze properly. We've stayed there on Easter with totally closed stores - and this was very unpleasant surprise 5) toilet in the basement can't be closed. It's broken. 6) it was unpleasant cool inside. 7) no electricity in the basement. There are a lot of sockets, but they didn't work. 8) Bring your own dishwasher tablets, because for 4 days there were only 2. 9) Not enough places for clothes. In the basement you can hang clothes, but there is no place to put your socks, underwear etc. Finally we saved them in our luggage. That's very strange. 10) the toilet in the basement works strange and you would need several times to to flush the toilet. In general, we've got an impression that the landlord didn't think about how people we live in this apartment and whether it is comfortable. That's sad, because it costs quite a lot.

Pros: Ogromna przestrzeń, świetna lokalizacja, bardzo czysto, dużo miejsc do siedzenia, dobre wyposażenie, łatwe zameldowanie i wymeldowanie
