Excellent Comfortable Stay

Pros: The location was excellent, and the furnishing of the flat was superb, the check-in process, and communication with the host was good, it was all through booking.com. The property itself has good connection with public transport, as stops are very close.

Cons: One night it was very busy on the street and there was sound of cars and horse carriages, this was obviously not the fault of the property, but just a mention that during busy periods car noise can be heard, like any other property next to a road.

Nice

Pros: Clean, nice design but a little to small but nice that it has hights. We had to extend the couch and make the other bed (bedding was in the bed), it would be better if it was already made. And it would be nice to have a toilet paper holder so you don’t put it near the washstand. Still it was ok for our 2 nights stay.

A place you would like to return to

Pros: A very well-equipped studio apartment, spotlessly clean, and very well located for anyone who wants to visit the Old Town and easily reach any point of interest in Warsaw. Very easy check-in and excellent communication with the host.

Cons: I would have given this studio apartment a rating of 10 if it hadn’t been for an issue that I reported to the host and that they said would be resolved, namely that the balcony door and the window are not properly insulated and the cold is felt very strongly near them. In addition, the temperature cannot be controlled separately for the studio, as it is set at 22 degrees for the entire building, which means that in situations like this the room temperature ends up being lower.

Velmi krásný byt v dobré lokalitě, ale je hodně slyšet hluk z ulice. Krabičkovou snídani nebrat.

Pros: Apartmán byl nový , čistý, hezky moderně zařízený, voňavý. Bytový dům byl zrekonstruovaný, s výtahem. Parkování v okolí na ulici se musí hledat, ale vždy volné místo najdete. Cena parkování je 9 zl na hodinu. Platí se od 10.00 až 20.00 hod. Víkendy jsou zdarma. Apartmán se nacházel blízko Barbakanu a rynku.

Cons: Do bytu byl slyšet hluk z ulice, jako by byla otevřená okna. Okna sice vypadala nově, ale vůbec netlumila hluk z venku. Bylo slyšet úplně všechno- tramvaje, auta, koňské spřežení, hovory lidí...Kvůli tomu hluku se tam velmi špatně spalo. Měli jsme objednanou i snídani. Nikde na booking.com nebylo předem upozornění, že snídaně bude krabičková dovezena kurýrem. To bychom si určitě tento apartmán objednali bez snídaně. Snídaně v krabičkách nebyly moc dobré a bylo tam toho málo. Vedle bytu je Žabka, kde se dalo nakoupit.

Pros: Bardzo czysto, estetycznie, wygodne łóżko, wiele udogodnień, w tym płyn do mycia naczyń, gąbka, zestaw do parzenia kawy.

Cons: Pierwszej nocy przeszkadzały mi tramwaje w nocy, ale drugiej już ich nie słyszałam, więc chyba nie były tak głośno.

Pros: L'emplacement est idéal et l'appartement comporte tout ce qui est nécessaire.

Cons: Les nuisances sonores internes à l'immeuble et l'extérieur ont été dérangeantes.
