Brand new apartment with underground parking in quite district

Pros: Parking slot in underground floor. Located in quiet district not so far from old city center (8 minutes by car), close to airport (20-30 minutes). Well equipped. Brand-new.

Cons: Pretty noisy at night: there is a railway station in 100 meters and even closed windows were not helping.

Generalnie byłoby top ALE ten potworny hałas…

Pros: Mieszkanie przytulne, czyste, dobrze urządzone i w pełni wyposażone - generalnie można poczuć się jak w domku :) byłoby top, ale niestety…

Cons: Hałas!!! Ogromny hałas z torów, które znajdują się zaraz obok bloków. Pociągi kursują i trąbią całą dobę co jest potwornie uciążliwe. Okna zdecydowanie nie izolują dźwięku, powinna zostać tutaj zastosowana zupełnie inna technologia. Do tego budynek jest nowy i sąsiedzi wciąż wykańczają mieszkania co generuje jeszcze dodatkową porcję hałasu - młoty pneumatyczne itd… także to ważna informacja dla kogoś kto planuje wybrać się z dzidziusiem czy sam ma problemy ze snem

Pros: Powiem krotko: Cicho, spokojnie, czysto, komfortowo, gustownie, baaaardzo przytulnie 😊 Wisienką na torcie jest parking podziemny. Fantastyczna oferta !!!!! Zdecydowanie polecam Prosta, przejrzysta wręcz intuicyjna instrukcja zameldowania Żadnych problemów. ZDECYDOWANIE GÓRĄ POLECAM 👍👍👍👍 Pozdrawiam serdecznie właścicieli. Na pewno wrócę.
