Pros: Apartament bardzo czysty, wygodny i przestronny, dzięki czemu nawet pobyt w większej grupie będzie komfortowy. Pokoje przejściowe. W apartamencie nie słychać hałasu ulicznego, tj. tramwaje, samochody. Położony bardzo blisko wielu atrakcyjnych miejsc gdzie można dojść spacerkiem. Pod nosem sklepy spożywcze i apteka.

Cons: Bardzo przydała by się suszarka na pranie, chociaż do wysuszenia ręczników.
