We enjoyed our stay as it felt like home

Pros: Very nice apartment , decorated beautifully with no signs of wear being it’s a rental property and we had extra heaters to keep us warm is well , the kitchen is very well equipped. Easy to find and short walking distance to the castle and old town square with shops and restaurants around it

Cons: The bathroom smell was a bit off putting and could’ve been bit cleaner ( the door and vanity unit had some old dirt on that should’ve been cleaned regularly) and the hot water wasn’t very hot Also the broken glass on entrance door to the building bit dangerous ( I’m aware it’s down to building maintenance but if it was me I would push for repair )

Stunning apartment

Pros: The property was stunning! Lovely decor. It was enough room for a group of 4. Location was perfect - not too far to walk to anywhere

Cons: Mattress was slightly hard (personal preference)

The stay was wonderful, we’ll be back!

Pros: Everything was great. There was a bit less comfort due to a sewage smell coming from the bathroom and toilet. The check-in process was smooth — we received the door and key safe codes. The apartment is located in the Jewish Quarter, near Wawel Castle.

Cons: A smell from the sewage. But maybe it’s an issue typical of old neighborhoods and buildings? The smell didn’t spread to other rooms, so it was manageable.

Nice, clean property. Everything provided for a good stay.

Cons: The shutters in the back bedroom didn’t work and there were no curtains.

Vistula apartment Krakow.

Pros: Apartment was excellent...the external front door and hallway needs some work as it was a bit disappointing when we first arrived.location to Krakow was excellent

Cons: Just the street door and hallway....looked a bit run down....but I assume this will be done when more apartments are refurbished

Pros: Just a really nice place. Felt clean and comfortable and the location is really ideal. Lots of cafes and restaurants nearby.

Cons: The bathroom had a bad smell, probably a plumbing issue. Would be perfect if that got fixed as it may be a problem for some people.

Pros: It was elegant, spotless and really warm( it was very cold weather when we visited!)

Cons: We would have liked a coffee maker but everything else was perfect

Very nice place…great location

Pros: Had a bit of trouble with key from inside the apartment when we tried to unlock the door.We did get it open but it took some doing.
