Outstanding service and quality, would recommend this apartment and company to anyone.

Pros: Very clear instructions of how to get in, with photos, delivered in good time. Communication left us feeling confident we could enter the property without issues or need to contact the host. Apartment was immaculate and exactly as advertised. Entrance, stairwell were equally well maintained. We met someone who was cleaning on the stairs and they asked if we needed anything and if everything was OK, also informed us of the arrival of another family in the adjacent apartment that day. The contrast with the service at a different apartment in Warsaw earlier in the week was stark. We wished we had stayed longer. We would go out of our way to recommend this apartment and company to anyone.

Pros: Everything about it was perfect. Literally the best location possible in Krakow. Right in the heart of the main square. There was only online interaction with staff, but they were extremely helpful and replied very quickly to messages. They're is a lock box at the entrance and they give full instructions 24 hours before arrival. The apartment was very clean, with plenty of facilities and a full kitchen. Fully heated or air conditioned.. The main building is old and gives great character in the hall way. Was great. Many thanks.

Cons: Nothing. Lots of stairs to the top floor and no lift due to being an old building.

Perfect family stay

Pros: The location couldn’t have been better; on the south of the (touristic) old town, thus also close the other part of the city center (local). The apartment is clean, cosy and well-equipped. The beds are very comfortable.

Cons: It’s clearly stated in the ad but you should be aware that there is no elevator. The floors in the building are very tall, when you reach the third floor, it feels like you've climbed five floors.
