Lovely place to stay

Pros: Lovely big apartment and the balcony was a plus. Apartment was clean. We also liked that the apartment was in secured grounds so we felt safe at night.

Cons: Only aircon in livingroom, could have done with it in bedroom also. From reading description we thought the apartment was in the centre of Krakow Old Town but sadly it wasn’t. We used Ubers to get back and forth from the centre which were cheap enough.

Great location near main train station

Pros: The proximity to the Main train station. The complex. The check-in process which was fast and easy.

Nice complex

Pros: Felt very safe with a secured We felt safe in a secure apartment complex. Very quiet area. All the appliances in the apartment work. The air conditioner worked great. The balcony is fun. The parking is a real bonus that makes the entire stay worth it. Communication with the owner was super easy and helpful. Despite some of the comments I have listed, the stay is excellent in terms of value for money.

Cons: On the other hand, the apartment is different from the pictures. For example, the bedroom does not include bedside tables. There is no mop and shower rag. There are several accessories in the apartment that are outdated and require renewal, such as the sofa in the living room and the shower cabinet.

So cozy

Pros: I stayed at this apartment for a few days and had a very pleasant experience. The property is located in a quiet, residential neighborhood, perfect for those looking for peace and quiet after a day out. The apartment is spacious, clean, and equipped with the basic essentials needed for a comfortable stay. The location is convenient—about a 20-minute walk to the city center, and just 10 minutes on foot to the train station. Overall, a great option for visiting the city while enjoying a calm and restful environment.

Cons: The negative aspect is that it is not well positioned on Google Maps — in fact, taxis, drivers, and Glovo couriers were unable to reach the destination even when using the exact address provided on Booking. I believe this is because Google Maps has not updated the area, as it is newly built. This should be addressed, as it can be inconvenient.

Enjoyable

Pros: The property was really clean and accessible. We could have done with more pillows and the apartment could have benefitted from more mirrors as there was only one in the bathroom

Pros: Apartment was very modern and very clean. All the kitchen equipment u could need. Fantastic induction hob and large fridge. Dishwasher even had washing tablets. Very comfortable and nice and warm after a day out on trips. 5 minute walk to big shopping centre. Outside garden looked great but we didn't get to use it because of the weather. Would be lovely on a nice sunny day. Wonderful shower and water always hot. Didn't use the carpark but would have been great if we wanted to hire a car. Would definately book again. Wonderful apartment

Cons: No one on reception when we got to the apartments at night even though it was only 8pm. All locked up and lights off. Had to make 2 phone calls to get the keys. Then no one at reception 11 am to check out. You can see a small grocery shop across the road. But the complex is all fenced off and we could not gain access to the shop. Completely confused on how to get around the complex.

Nice modern apartment

Pros: It's very well located and everything looks new. The underground parking was a big plus.

5 minute walk and you are in the historical center!

Pros: Excellent location, nice apartment, it was everything that is needed! Underground parking available.

Great value for money: comfort and location

Pros: Very modern apartment. Comfortable beds and quiet location. Good amount of space. Only 15-20 minute walk to old town. Right next to central train station.

Cons: No shelf for cosmetics in the shower cabin. Hard to find the reception at first with the instructions they give you. (You need to go through the gate next to the car park entrance and the reception is on the inside of the apartment complex, not the street side.)
